I had the pleasure of having an utterly professional and friendly service from Claire at the Rayleigh shop. My first time in many years at Clarks, I will definitely return.

Thank you Claire and Alison for your professional and caring service that you gave to myself and my two grandchildren. Never too much trouble with sometimes fussy children and as always great service. The children love their new shoes and love visiting the Rayleigh shop too.

Wonderful experience with Claire. Nothing was too much hassle a d we left with my little boy very happy with his new trainers.

Visited our local store for our Son’s first pair of shoes. We was greeted and served by Alison the Store Manager.
She was kind, gentle & friendly.
Alison gave us so much information regarding what shoes were best, how they would help our son gain confidence and when to visit again. The experience was great from start to finish, Alison was very attentive and I shall remember her as we share the same name!

Went in today and was served by the lovely Claire she was very patient with us my daughter is 1 and screamed the whole time we were there. Claire was very good with both my children. Thank you Claire

Debbie at Rayleigh high street was brilliant with my little girl. We were given plenty of time to try on different styles and walked out with two lovely pairs of shoes.

Fantastic service from Claire at the Rayleigh branch. We loved the boots so much, we returned the following day to buy another pair!

I went to Clarks in Rayleigh to have my feet measured after a podiatrist told me I was wearing the wrong size shoes. Claire measured my feet but asked me not to tell her what size I normally wear till after she had measured them. It turned out I was wearing the correct width, but half size too small, which was a shock, as I have worn that size for years! Half a size doesn't sound much, but is about 4mm which is quite a lot. I decided to try on some shoes and after asking about style, heel height I preferred etc Claire brought me a few different ones to try, nothing was too much trouble. I tried a size up and a size down for some, and slightly wider one for another style. In the end I chose a pair that I liked so much I bought another pair in a different colour! Thanks to Claire and her colleagues, I had a really relaxed shopping experience with a service which is rare these days. I certainly would recommend Clarks, Rayleigh, for their well made shoes and excellent service, which is why I have awarded a 5.

The shop was quiet and Debbie spent time showing me and my foster child all of the styles available. Debbie helped me by suggesting the best fit and shoe for her

The staff at the Rayleigh branch were helpful and happy to be there. They all had smiles and assisted all that needed help. Lee was especially good with my ASD 5 year old and managed to get him to choose shool shoes and a pair of trainers with ease!

Ali at the Rayleigh branch was great and patient with our sons first shoe fitting. It was so nice to be somewhere and not feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions and the advice she gave was great.

Allison was extremely helpful today as I was purchasing new shoes.
Nothing was to much for her, I kept her very busy trying all different sizes.
An absolute credit to Clarks.
We need to keep these shops open in our little high streets as you dot get the care when shopping online.

Great Store
Each time i visit the Rayleigh store the lady's that work there go over and above to help making the experiance great.

Just popped into the shop to look at the pre walker shoes for my baby, who is crawling and learning to stand up and walk with support. Ended up having his feet measured and pre walkers fitted.
Greeted by Claire, who was really friendly, shortly after coming into the shop. Asked her about the pre walker shoes (as nursery prefer toddlers to wear shoes for outdoor play).
Claire was really friendly and explained the benefits of the shoes/features and offered to measure my son’s feet. He was wearing a baby grow, so didn’t have socks on, but Claire was able to provide a pair and explained socks can make a difference to the fit.
My son really enjoyed the experience and was smiling throughout! The shoes I liked on display were available and Claire fitted them and explained the need for some growing room in the shoes. There was a lovely range of really good quality pre walking shoes to pick from.
It was a lovely experience and the shoes are very cute too.

Great customer service and a friendly welcome from Claire in Rayleigh (sorry, Debbie - it was your day off but you get a call out too!)
Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure, just helpful advice on after-care.

I had a recent visit to the Rayleigh store, where Ali helped me and my little one. Ali was absolutely wonderful when my little one was a tricky customer. Ali was kind, considerate, helpful - everything I need support wise. Visiting on my own for a new pair of boots for my little one, who only wanted to run out the door. A big thank you to Ali for her kindness and consideration to me as a Mummy! A star service, a big thank you from us both.
