I took my boys to the Reading store to buy their school shoes. We have a great experience with Emily. M. She is such a great staff very gentle and helpful.

School shoes! Extremely helpful and patient Erin made this an easy and smooth experience. Tried numerous pairs until she was happy with the fit. Made a big effort with my young grandson, chatting and asking questions. Reasonable price too. Felt in good hands.

Dom (Clarks Reading) was extremely helpful today when we were looking for school shoes. He was very patient even though the store was really busy today. His suggestions helped us find the right shoes for my son. Excellent experience. Thank you Dom!

We was served by Tia who helped with feet measurements for my daughters school shoes she took her time and was extremely good with my daughter thank you for making my daughter feel comfortable picking her first pair of shoes!

Took my Grandson for school shoes today. No wait, was served by Erin who did a first class job . The whole experience was very pleasant and we were able to purchase our first choice of styles.

We had an appointment booked for my son’s school shoes and was served by the lovely Izzy K.
She was extremely helpful, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Izzy went above and beyond to help with getting my son the shoes he wanted.

We were served by Emily N for a school shoe and toddler shoe fittings. We hadn’t booked a fitting in advance but still didn’t have to wait long. Emily did a great job of fitting both kids,she brought out a few style options for our toddler too and he loved being able to pick his favourites. Both are happy with their new shoes, toddler wore his shoes next day for a 4 mile walk with no discomfort at all - an accurate fit and happy customers! Thanks!

Served by noah in reading today. He was super helpful & very patient as my girls kept requesting further shoes to be brought out. They both ended up with a pair of shoes they were happy with so thank you. Jo

We were helped by Amna, who was fabulous with our very shy 4 year old. It was easy to find the shoes we wanted and Amna was patient, child focused and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend her.

My only gripe is that the store was very busy. The ticket system helped but I do think as a brand Clark’s have missed a trick by not having anything to help keep the kids entertained whilst they wait. Plain white walls etc.

We've been served by assistant named Dom. Really helpful and energetic guy.
He helped us a lot, wasn't annoyed or impatient (we spent there more than an hour changing our mind all the time).
I think it's a really good seller.
We bought 2 pairs and are really happy about the visit 😊
