The manager kristina i believe her name was, was very helpful as I must of taken up alot of her time as me and my 3 children all needed new shoes. My children were nurvous at first but kristina made them feel at ease quickly. The service was wonderful and we all walked away happy. Will be returning to Clarks Reigate the next time we need our footwear.

Excellent service from Kenya at the Reigate Clarks store. I’ve been having difficulty finding shoes that fit well for sometime, but Kenya took the time to measure my feet properly and select some great shoes for me to try on. Great service, thanks very much!

Alex was very attentive, professional and friendly. My child’s feet were measured accurately and efficiently. He also took the time to double check that the shoes fitted well after trying them on.

This is a review for Reigate store, particularly Alex. I was asked if I needed anything but then left to browse in peace. When I needed help Alex did not hesitate, but also paid attention to what I was saying about the shoes I was trying on and was able to suggest a similar pair that was not on the shelf, was a better colour for my needs and the same style and price. Alex's colleague was also very kind and came over and complimented me on my jacket while Alex was sorting out an issue with a previous customer. I ordered the shoes Alex recommended and would definitely visit Reigate store again due to the thoughtful and cheerful customer service I received. Another thing I thought was good was that when it came to inputting my contact details for the order, Alex handed me the device, which I much prefer than having to call out my personal contact details in front of strangers browsing shoes!

Was served by Kristina at the Reigate store on Saturday. It’s not our local store but we are never disappointed but the service there, and even at their busiest times, they always have a decent selection of stock and sizes available. The shoes they recommend fit well with good room for growth. You’re not being sold ones that the kids will outgrow in the next 3 or 4 months. The staff are patient, friendly and the kids enjoy the experience here. Useful parking nearby, too!

Alex in the shop in Reigate was excellent. He was very helpful and friendly. He guided us to buy perfect school shoes for our daughter.

We popped into Reigate branch yesterday in the search for school shoes (not usually a pleasant experience!). The two members of staff working (Kenia, and I believe, Daniel)..could not have been more helpful. Daniel was super friendly and professional, measured my daughter’s feet perfectly and truly went out of his way to help. Although a particular shoe was not in stock, this was ordered for me. Really great customer service and although I do not live in the area, I will return to this branch. Thank you Kenia and Daniel :)
