I was so pleased with the service I received from Imogen
who was so helpful and always smiling. It was a pleasure to be served by her. Clarks never fail me with the quality
of shoes.

I visited Salisbury Clark’s as I’m having problems with a Plantar Plate injury, which was causing pain when wearing my current footwear, Sinead measured my feet and took the time to advised me & show me what size & style could help, along with some insoles.
I choose 2 pairs of boots which honestly felt like I was walking on clouds

A wonderful shop with very friendly and helpful staff. Amy was so helpful - looking for a particular style that I wanted. She was extremely patient. Also gave wonderful advice about another pair of boots that I had at home that needed some restorative treatment.

I came in today to have my daughter's feet measured and I was served by Sinead. She was very efficient and brought lots of comparisons for the 2 kinds of shoes i wanted to get.

The team in my local store are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. Ordering shoes that are not in stock is a doddle and they arrived surprisingly quickly

For someone who was at the end of their working working week they were fantastic, not only were they helpful and polite but they made me feel welcome through their sense of humour and Including me in the banter with her manger It really felt like I was not just another customer but with mates. Katrina was able to guide me straight to what I was looking for and to the price range I was shopping at and she was very helpful with ensuring I had the right fit of shoes. Best shoe shopping experience I've ever had

Sinead at Salisbury was great helping to find the right pair of school shoes for my son. She was informed and super friendly with lots of patience and politeness.
The range of shoes in his size was good too. Happy with the purchase.

Bella who served us was very patient and lovely with our little girls. She brought out multiple choices for us to try (1st school shoes). If Bella wasn’t sure (everyone’s got to learn) she spoke to one of her supervisors who quickly helped.

Very friendly member of staff went out of her way to help find a pair of shoes that were suitable
I would definitely go back to shop again and hope to be helped by Claire again

Had fantastic service from Isabella in Salisbury Clarks. Been struggling with plantar fascia pain and adapting to orthotics. She was very understanding, extremely patient and hugely helpful in allowing me to try multiple different types of shoe, sizes and widths. Very grateful for her time, effort and wonderful customer service. Came away with 2 new pairs of shoes. Thank you so much!

Salisbury store. Seen almost immediately, after arriving at the store as it opened.

Holly was kind, chatty with my kids, but efficient, she was speedy with the measurements and knowledgeable about the products.

I booked an appointment which meant the team were expecting us! Extra shoe fitting area all set up on the ground floor of shop. Harry was waiting in the wings ready to help us. He was super helpful with the boys and so understanding and patient with us. Brilliant thank you!

I booked my daughter for school shoe fitting, the lovely Amy fitted her, and was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be coming back

We visited Salisbury store today and was served by Sinead. We went in for school shoes for my 8 year old daughter - Sinead was fantastic! My daughter is very picky and usually takes hours to make her mind up but she explained to Sinead what she would prefer and what isn’t comfortable etc. Sinead got it spot on the with the first pair! Straight away! Couldn’t have picked a more perfect style and fit myself! Thank you Sinead, you turned a potential 2 hour visit to a 20 minute pop in!

Katrina was amazing, she made the whole experience pleasant and my daughter felt very comfortable talking to her about what she wanted ( first time she has talked freely without my prompting). She is an asset to the Salisbury store. Thank you
