Clarks Selly oak (within NEXT)
Clarks store in Selly oak (within Next). Got shoes measured for kids with ease. Rashid was knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous with great manner around kids. He is an asset to the store, which is pretty good in its own right.
Great service
We took our son to Clarks in Selly Oak. He was measured and served by Rashid who was very patient and helpful. He gave us good advice and tried lots of different styles, sizes plus with and without insoles etc. Many thanks!

First they lost the order of my boots…
First they lost the order of my boots and did not inform me and I kept going to the store to pick up my order 3 times.
Then I contacted Clarks support and they said that it was lost and that I would get a refund. It has been 2 months and I just get £5 ??? The order was £53.
I want this sorted asap please. Terrible service from a company like Clarks!!
The order was placed on the 28/04 and I sent the above email on 18/06/2025 and I am yet to get a reply or a refund from Clarks.
I have waited long enough now and tried plenty of times contacting their customer services but nothing worked.
I will be going to consumer court next if my refund is not processed.
So Clark’s emailed me on the 18/03
Dear Syeda,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I’m sorry to read that you are still waiting for a refund of your order 1010625121.
Since it has been over 6 months, the system will not allow us to do a monetary refund for the order which you have not received. I can offer you a £50 gift card instead?
Please confirm if you would be accepting this offer.

Dear Raddiyah.
Thanks for your email. I appreciate it but I do not agree as this was not my fault that it has been longer than 6 months. It was a mistake on the part of Clark’s. The least I can expect after almost a year of Clark’s keeping my money is to return it to the original payment method.
And like last time Clark’s has ghosted me and my money is still with them. The company does not want to return it!

I brought my kids to the Selly Oak branch recently & was helped by Hibbaa. My children are autistic & getting shoes fitted is always a real drama with lots of screaming & kicking. She was so lovely & a real oasis in a desert of other parents staring at the spectacle that was my son. I was really grateful for her calm approach & reassurance & she got the shoes fitted in no time. Thank you Hibbaa!!!
