Joanna at the Clarks shop saved my custom. I ordered a pair of children's boots on line. They didn't look the same. Returned them to the store, she explained why and re ordered! All sorted within the time scale of 3.5 working days that she quoted, 1.5 of which were at the weekend!
You can't beat a Han face and hers was backed by very good customer service. Thank you Joanna.

Hannah was very helpful with finding some new boots for my daughter. They discussed fairy’s and Eloise who started off shy came out of her shell quickly which is great if you know how boring a 4 year old finds shoe shopping.

Took my son in for a new pair of shoes and Nicole was super helpful. She measured his feet and found his size, entertained him while she did so and when she got his measurements recommended what was available in his size. Even got him running around the store in his new shoes to make sure they would be a good fit. Would not hesitate to recommend a trip to get shoes for little ones!

Visited Clarks in Southend last week and received the most amazing service. They were quite busy but still managed to serve us promptly and with a big smile. I was served by Naomi who couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped my son pick out a new pair of school shoes. He was a little unsure of the style he preferred so she very patiently let him try out a few different styles until he found the perfect pair. The other members of staff were all very friendly too. Oh and it had a great selection of shoes to choose from! Thank you!

Visited Clarks Southend today and it was amazing. We dealt with Hannah and she was incredible, my daughter is 20 months and was getting tired and upset and Hannah was amazing with her. Got her involved with trying the shoes. We weren't sure whether we would get any shoes as my daughter's feet are tiny, yet Hannah brought out a selection of shoes that we could try and jackpot! Thank you so much for all your help Hannah.

Zain at the Southend on Sea was extremely patient, professional and friendly, especially so as he had to measure 3 children and managed to find 3 different school trainers

It was a pleasure shopping at Clark’s Southend as all the staff were very friendly and helpful and my husband was very pleased with his purchase of shoes. The assistant called Hannah was excellent and friendly.

Aaron was very helpful! I asked for a shoe measurement for my son, who needs new school shoes. I was honest and said we’d be buying online (for blue light card discount and for Klarna) and he was more than happy to check the measurement and offered for him to try on a couple of different sizes/ styles…

I specifically go to Clark’s in Southend, the customer service is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I went in yesterday and was served straight away by Naomi who was very helpful and attentive. I walked out extremely happy with exactly the pair of shoes I wanted.

Southend Branch
Went to Southend Clark’s yesterday after noting a pair of school shoes ordered by the Mayflower Retail Park team for my lg were quite big. My lg’s feet are long and slim, we did anticipate needing to go back to be remeasured once the shoes arrived as these shoes were ordered into Southend branch as they were out of stock at the time of the fitting. We were advised by the Mayflower Team that she may also need some insoles to ensure the size fitted.
Sadly they didn’t so off to Southend store we went (husband initially collected shoes on our behalf). The lovely Nicole served us and alas not only did she identify the shoes to be too big, she also identified my little girl had been given half a size too big as she was incorrectly measured. Despite some annoyance by all for this error, Nicole was extremely helpful to identify a solution. The outcome, a correctly measured child’s feet, the correct shoe design , a relieved parent whose child starts her new school today (she was already anxious about this and given she has hypersensitivity with her feet, so the shoe needs to be right otherwise she will have a terrible day because of that) but an even more relieved parent knowing her child isn’t yet an adult size 5! (Lg is only 9!).

Great experience today getting shoes for my two year old, Vivian at Southend store was so helpful

Leonie did a fantastic job with finding trainers and school shoes for my daughter. She really listened to what we wanted, realised that the right width of shoes wasn’t available and ordered them for us. This was so helpful, and made start of school today much easier. Thank you
