Staff has always been so great and helpful, been going here for years.
Was served by a lady called Courtney this time. She was so very helpful, made the visit so much easier.

It was an outstanding last-minute back-to-school shopping experience. Juan has been patient and very helpful. Thanks for taking the time to deliver such a professional and charismatic service.

Molly opened up the shop early for us today, at 8.30am to allow our autistic son get his school shoes. This makes such a difference to the whole experience. He didn’t get flustered or upset because it was quiet and calm. Molly was excellent with him, we can’t thank you enough, you did this for us last year as well and it is truly a brilliant service.

Amazing customer service by Holly who helped me and my kids get the right size school shoes and style, Holly was fantastic and also helping me for some information I needed about some school shoes that was out of stock but can order online, very helpful and very friendly,

Great service at Southport

Upon entering the store was greeted by Malika who was friendly and polite.
Explained I had a pre booked appointment for the children feet to be measured
Malika showed us to the fitting area and set about the task she engaged with the children enquiring if they had any preferred styles.
Upon picking some shoes Malika ensured they fitted correctly and that the children could walk comfortably in them .
No hard sell just a polite and friendly member of staff who was helpful and professional.

My daughter and I went to the Southport store and had the pleasure of being served by Carly. She ended up retrieving nearly 10 different pairs of shoes for my very fussy 14 year old and engaged us in constructive conversation about the Draconian school shoe rules. Seeing my daughter close to tears she lightened the mood and suggested shoes from a different range. School shoe shopping is frustrating for children and parents but was made so much more bearable by the patient service. Thank you Carly!! As we left, we left with a pair of acceptable and reasonably priced shoes. I would highly recommend.

Clark’s in Southport was really busy.
Carly took the time with my daughter, brought out different options, sizes and styles. To suit her feet as not an easy task.
Compared to our experience last year, Carly was great and the difference in taking that few extra minutes.

We visited Southport Store this morning we were seen straight away by Carly. Carly was very friendly and patient with my Two children.

Liverpool had some shoes I really liked but I was told they didn’t have my size in store, so the next day I called into your Southport branch and described the shoes to a young lady called Kim.She immediately found me the shoes on line, .
and ordered them for me.
Was so impressed by her, efficient, and kind enough to listen to an older lady and solve the problem.
