Perfect fittings with fantastic customer care
I promised my dearest wife that I would buy her some summer sandals from Clarks. So we both went into your Widnes branch. My wife tends to take her time in choosing and lots of "trying ons" before buying. We spent around 30 minutes plus in the store. Clarks ladies were extremely helpful. Going back and forth to bring different designs and sizes. They wete Brilliant. Constant focus on customer care. Asking my wife regarding fittings, whether she feels comfortable. It was reassuring for me to sit and watch that my dearest wife was been taken care with absolute genuine kindness. Finally the design that my wife has chosen was not available in the store. Clarks ladies ordered the sandals for my wife on their store IPAD which will be delivered in store. These ladies most definitely went above and beyond in customer care and centricity. Well done !! Clarks. Especially when dealing with small Clarks customers, patience and customer care is the key. Will see you again soon.
The lady in your Widnes store called…
The lady in your Widnes store called Pauline, today went over & above good customer service.
She very patiently tried to find me a suitable extra wide pair of shoes for a funeral.
And when none were available she rang 2 of your other stores.
She was able to source the right size and style (10 1/2 H).
I then traveled to Speke Retail Park where I subsequently purchased a pair.
If not for Pauline you would have lost a sale.
I cannot thank her enough.
