Ryan was very professional polite and knowledgeable.

Did the dreaded school shoes shop this week and was not looking forward to it at all. Was super impressed with Ryan who was helping us. He really took his time with the fitting and made sure we got the best pair for my daughter's feet. I was also really happy that they had lots of stock and options to choose from as it can be a bit hit and miss with school shoes. Very happy.

We buy school shoes from Clark’s every year and every year they do not disappoint.great quality would definitely recommend buying shoes from there

Shannon was so helpful, kind, patient and considerate with our family when we came in for a shoe fitting. She was attentive to their needs, helpful and caring. We had a really positive experience and would highly recommend visiting with children. The shop was cool, quiet and well stocked and all of the staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I went to get my daughters feet measured and get some summer sandals and Ryan was fantastic! My daughter gets very anxious with people she doesn’t know and he was so patient and made it a fun experience for her. He helped advise us on the best fits and was so helpful. Great customer service!
