Joshua at the Wolverhampton was great, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Helped us pick out a lovely pair of schools shoes for my daughter. He was great with daughter, got her a pair of insoles to help with that comfortable fit. Would highly recommend the service received from Joshua.

Josh at the Wolverhampton store was very chatting and knowledgeable. He was chatting to my lads as he measured their feet and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Didn’t have an appointment and we got saw really quickly, only just sat down! Samiha was absolutely lovely and helped us try on multiple shoes for my 2 year old to see what was best. Definitely recommend she was great

I have had a WONDERFUL Experience at Clark’s-Wolverhampton today and was blown away from the incredible service we had received from Jasmine. From the moment we had walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help, which set the tone for a wonderful shopping experience.
Jasmine demonstrated extensive knowledge about the products, taking time to listen to my needs and preferences. Rather than simply directing me to a few options she had took the initiative to ask questions about my size and any previous issues I’ve experienced with past footwear. Went to Wolverhampton store for my son’s school shoes in the men’s department. The lady that served us think her name was Elly/ally was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient and we was very happy with the purchase. We will be returning/recommending this store again.

Came in on Monday to the Wolverhampton store looking for some sandles for my shoes. Jasmine was a delight! I have a lot of issues with my feet and needed something very soft and comfortable to wear around the house and garden and I ended up finding the most comfortable pair of sandles I’ve ever worn! That was all thanks to Jasmine and she also showed me the options that were all within my budget.
