Excellent customer service from Raj in the Wolverhampton store. She went above and beyond to look for some boots for me and came up with an alternative when the original ones were no longer available. She ordered them for me online, was polite and friendly - thank you Raj

I never leave reviews but Raj deserves one. She provided excellent customer service, on 2 different occasions ensuring we were satisfied with our purchase. She was super friendly and patient too - Me and mum are both happy with our purchases and just placed another order today 🤭!

Raj was very helpful and polite. She greeted us as soon as we walked in and was so professional. She was friendly with our son and did a great job measuring his feet and giving us some brilliant options. Excellent experience!

Visited Clarks Wolverhampton with my 90 year old Dad looking for a pair of shoes . Tas the very patient, extremely pleasant young lady went above and beyond to find a pair to fit properly. We tried numerous ones till we found the perfect pair. We bought two pairs in the end .
My Dad was so very happy and I was very thankful and relieved. Can't thank Tas enough .Excellent employee and a credit to Clarks .

Really helpful staff. Managed to find a half size smaller which fitted better at the heel. Great pair of shoes comfy as if they were slippers.

Raj provided perfect service from the moment i walked in, she was attentive to all customers and was super helpful in assisting me with a purchase for some new work shoes. She was polite, friendly and professional. Also, super patient with me as I was very unsure of my size, Raj didn’t give up and helped to get the size I needed. It was a pleasurable experience and if all sales members were like Raj, the world would be a better place.

The 2 ladies Tas and Salma in the Wolverhampton store both gave an excellent service were friendly and very helpful will definitely be using that branch again

Raj store manager, informed her I had contacted head office , been told to go into store , with emails and photos, she didn’t ask any questions, she asked if we would like to start all over again, measuring my sons feet and sorting his school shoes exchange out! Kiera measured my son’s feet again brought out a selection of shoes for him to try on and exchanged them with no hassles. Great team today!! Experience was a pleasure

Raj based in the Wolverhampton branch in the Mander centre was amazing and very helpful and polite. Helped us pick out my son’s first pair of trainers. Have great advise and was a great experience for my wife and my son. So thank you Raj.

Ellyn was really friendly & patient with us, she brought out lots of shoe options for my son. With his feet being wider at the front and not so wide at the heel, we were struggling to find shoes that would stay on, yet were roomy enough around the toes.
