Customer service gets 0 out of 5 stars from me. I struggled with customer service for 3 months, had to ask for status update every week. Only to realize at the end that in 3 months it was not even possible to read my request correctly.The shoes themselves are great but the customer service is a disaster. Shop online at Clarks ? Never again
Always go to Clarks Bournemouth as Kelly who works there is always fantastic with my children and makes the outing a much more pleasant experience. Shoes are always lovely and really do last until they grow out of them.

Went to the stevenage store to get my son new shoe and they could not of been more helpful, my son wasn’t enjoying it so we left, an hour came back and got a lovely pair of shoes. My son mood had improved

They are terrible. The worst store ever. I bought a pair of shoes, and after 3 weeks I have no news. Then when I try to comunicate, they don't answer or say that It's not that department so I have to wait. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED
Lily at Peterborough Clarks Store went above and beyond to help us get the best deals in store and was very patient in getting us the right pair of comfortable flip flops. She even got us free delivery for a pair we needed delivering to our home address. The time and effort meant that we walked out feeling very happy and extremely satisfied. Lily deserves a lot of praise and should be celebrated.

Fantastic service from Danyal and colleague at the Leicester Highcross store. I was buying shoes for my mum and son and quite indecisive. They took their time to show me a large range of shoes and were patient and helpful with the decision making process. Was very impressed with the level of professionalism shown.

They list shoes as 'new arrival' and if you order and pay, you receive an e-mail that the shoes are not on stock. New Arrival!!!
After 10 days I still did not receive my money back and complaining just results in standard e-mails. This is indeed a fraudelent company.
This was my first online purchase from clarks, i got a bag worth 50 pound which is equivalent to 16 pound bag that i got from boohoo, i got my husband two shoes which looked old, dirty and uncleaned, tearing apart from the corners esp in the leather shoes..that was really disappointing as that was not what we had seen online in the pictures and not what we had expected from clarks. Please dont put your shoes in half price which are not even worth it, we can get better shoes made in china in affordable price and that too brand new, clean and durable.
I returned items but these were not refunded even though several times I reminded. At some point they stopped responding. I asked incassobureau to collect on my behalf which they did. Terrible return experience!!!!
As hundreds of people stated below, don't buy from them. Shameful and disgraceful. The item I returned November 2022 for bad quality, it is almost April 2023 and I haven't received my refund.
For everyone who is experiencing the same, don't wait for a refund, fill a chargeback with your bank. Get in touch with you card issuer bank and tell them you want to file a charge back because the seller is not willing to refund you. You should get your money within 30 days maximum.

We visited this shoe shop in Lancaster last Saturday to buy school shoes for our 2 Grandsons. We were served by Emily. She was very friendly, patient and thorough.

I placed an order on clarks.eu on December 31st, and on January 16th I sent the customer service a follow-up email requesting a status update. I was provided with the actual shipping number of my order (which was not accessible on clarks.eu), which stated that the delivery company was waiting to receive the order from Clarks.
I informed the customer service that I will no longer be able to receive my order as of the end of February, as I will be moving to a different country, in case they didn't expect to deliver by then.
From this point on, I have only been directed to the "customer service page" of the webpage by the customer service, which doesn't necessarily resolve my situation (i.e. not having received my order)
On February 14th, I still hadn't received my order and I kindly requested a refund, which still hasn't been processed.
I keep on getting automatic emails saying that "we strive to provide relevant solutions in a timely manner". Out of curiosity, what is considered "timely" for your company? As per my expectations, 2 months without delivering an order or 2 weeks without granting a refund request would not fall into my category of "timely"
I hope this will be resolved urgently, or else I will have to request a chargeback with my bank

Shoes arrived damaged. They were scratched and cracked in many places. Returned the shoes and after 3+ months I am still waiting for my money back.
