I went to Clarks in Blackburn, i was served by Mehreen, exceptional service, friendly, i asked to try on so many different shoes, service with a smile and very helpful too. She explained the type of shoe and insole as i wanted something comfortable. Thankyou Mehreen 👍

I visited Clark’s in Colliers Wood and was amazed by the fantastic customer service l received. My appointment was arranged, they expected me and l was seen right on time. The team even called me by name throughout making the experience even more personalised and very enjoyable. A tall black man (Manager) was very polite, helpful and supported his team. Brilliant experience and that you to the Manager and his team. I absolutely love what l bought😊

I was delighted with the service we received on Friday 06/05/22 at the Middlebrook Store. I took my granddaughter to be measured for new school shoes and we had the pleasure of Zoe & Emily serving us. Zoe was training Emily as she is a new employee, The care and detail to attention was exemplary! I would like to thank both ladies for their time and care, nothing was to much trouble! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional in their approach Well done ladies!

I bought a shoe from Clarks around a year ago (named 'Un TreadLoGTX2' on the box) and I have some problems regarding the collapsing of the heel portion of the insole. It now results in pain to stand as a result of use of the shoe.

I asked help from the customer service, willing to buy a new pair of insoles.
The answer from Kyril was straitforward.
Basic insoles are avaiable in the shops...
A thin, flat piece of foam...
Now, I have got a pair of Clark's shoes, nearly new, unwearable...
Thanks, I do not want to buy Clark's shoes for a year!

I feel as though the quality is declining, and the customer service do not want to solve problems so I've decided to purchase another shoe from a different company.

Excellent service at Clark’s shoe shop, Deepdale Retail Park, Preston on the 2nd May. Served by Daniel who couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Well done Daniel.

What a wonderful experience!! I returned two pairs of shoes totaling $150 through FedEx, tracked the package and confirmed it was delivered and hadn't received the refund; however I lost the tracking number.
When I called Clarks and explained my dilemma to Abbey, after a few short questions, she assured me I would receive my credit in 5 to 7 business days.
If only more companies were as customer-service friendly! I always loved Clarks shoes, but this reinforces my dedication to them.

Had to return a pair of shoes due to sizing. Sent them email twice but they did not respond. Called them three times, got hung up the first two times, but the third time went through. Anna was helpful in processing my refund, I appreciate her professionalism.

I took a lady I support in to purchase a handbag , we were served by Sharon who couldn't of been more helpful . I ended up buying two more items for myself . The store is set out really well and all staff are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable about the brand .

Abigail at Trafford centre manchester store ( assistant No 405.) super helpful, knowledgeable and patient when we went to buy our baby boys first pair of shoes as panicky clueless new parents. The well dressed male manager was extremely kind, personable and understanding. He said “ we want your first experience of buying your child’s shoes to be good “. Such a nice thing to say. Highly recommend them for your child’s first shoes and shoe measuring. Thank you!!!

My wife and I went shopping at the Witgift Center Croydon at the Clarks store, where we came out happy with quality products and the friendly and impeccable service of Assistant No. 17 Keke. Thank you Keke for your patience and professionalism. Thanks to everyone

Exeter Clarks shop - I give a poor review as Helen sold me school shoes for my son that, after being worn for one day, rubbed his heels so they were red and sore.
Honiton Clarks - I praise this shop, especially Charlotte, as she came to my rescue. She realised the original shoes were too small for my son, and despite the shoes having been worn, and her shop being a franchise, she exchanged the shoes.

Visited the trafford centre store today and received exceptional service from one of the sale assistants called Sana number 900. She was very polite patient with the kids and managed the keep the little one calm, she bought out many different choices including sale options we were able to buy 2 pairs of shoes with some shoe care. She also helped me buy a gift for my wife, she recommended different styles of bags, but we went with a purse which was what i was looking for. I am 100% happy with my purchases from clarks today! Thank You again. 5 star service

I bought my son’s shoes order number 669269844 the 04.03.2022 and chose Klarna payment method. On 07.03.2022 I received an email from Clarks customer service informing me that my order had been dispatched with Tracking number JD571785668GB. I tracked it on royal mail and the the estimated delivery date was Thurs 10.03.22 but nothing has been delivered to date. I have informed Klarna to pause the payment. I don’t know what happened to that order.

I went to buy a pair of boots or shoes in Clark’s shoe shop in Newton Abbot. I have a severely fallen arch so i was looking for a particular type of footwear.
I was served by a lady called Mandy who could not have been more helpful. She understood what i was looking for and brought me five pairs of shoes to try. I chose a pair of Clark’s boots that looked like shoes. They fit well and I am very pleased
with them. Thank you, Mandy.

I have never had such good service in a shoe shop as today in the Clarks Trafford Centre store. Assistant 35, Kainat, was the most perfectly trained helper. She was not pushy but, when I told her what I was looking for, she went above and beyond! She brought out every item that fitted my wish list! What a fantastic service!
I had to write a review even though I asked to speak to the manager and told her too.
How refreshing in this time of complaints galore!

Excellent service from Maisie, Naima and Gill at Clarks store in Lancaster. Wishing to buy shoes for my husband who has mobility issues....they couldn't have been more help full and considerate. Both pairs selected were absolutely perfect.... thanks to you all.

Assistant No.941 Iman was excellent, very knowledgeable and even brought shoes in another colour for me to also try, and I liked both pair so bought them! She is definitely an asset to the company.
