We have just had a ramp fitted to our front door , as my husband is an amputee , the two chaps were very prompt and polite , they ere from the orgreave branch, named Glen and Shaun . They couldn’t have been more pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for them. They did a fantastic job , I would definitely recommend both the men and the company to anyone wanting this service

Orgreave shop, Sheffield, ask for Mandy

I met a lady in the Orgreave shop in Sheffield, whom I have to say was one of the best experiences I have ever had in any shop. This lady was called Mandy, she not only helped me with my new scooter, she literally owned my case, taking full charge and wilfully pushing my Motability order through as fast as possible. I was going on holiday when my scooter died, I needed a new one desperately, and when it became clear that my order needed to be rushed through, so as to have a scooter for my holiday, Mandy came up trumps, and my scooter was delivered 2 weeks later, in ample time for my holiday, and well before the next available appointment, that I was offered at the beginning of my approach to Clarkes, to see the designated Motability guy. Mandy, if you read this review, I once again thank you from the bottom of my heart, your assistance was wonderful, respectful, with kindness throughout, it was a real pleasure to work with you. If ever you need any disability aids, and you live in Sheffield, the best place I can recommend is the Orgreave shop, you will not be disappointed with the service.

Motorised Chair - Great Service

I wanted a motorised chair for my dad .The staff were so friendly and helped my dad choose the right chair for him , no sales pressure and didnt rush us at all with a decision. once we had chosen delivery date was only a few days later. Would recommend visiting the shop as there are so many things to support disabilities that you wouldn’t know were available .Great service.

Great service at Clarks Orgreave

We recently had to take our car to Clarks at Orgreave, Sheffield, for a scooter lift to be upgraded. Owing to circumstances, we had to rearrange twice. They were so accommodating. When we eventually went the service was !st class. Staff were really helpful. Could not have had better service. Thank You all at Orgreave

Awful Experience

Bought Sterling Sapphire 2 but had nothing but trouble with the scooter. Servicing and repair experiences were expensive, time consuming and staff were rude.

Never again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Awful service from body shop

Awful service from body shop. Should have been a straight forward bumper replacement, oh no not with these! In for 6 days and still not right! Had a message on day 5 to say it's ready followed by 2hours later to say it weren't. Apparently a manager walked past and wasn't happy with the shade! Picked up next day after apparently being repeated! On closer inspection found that the bumper was coming away and not lined up right, which i took it back to be told it was aproblem to do with the bracket and they may have to order a new one! Hold on a minute, you've had it 6 days and not replaced stuff. Anyway they took it away and would 'See' what they could do & reference made to that it's just a lease car. Yes it maybe, but its mine and I want it right and they have been paid to do a job! Also they have marked the drivers door and the paint shade is completely off, both of which they would not acknowledge. Whilst I was sat waiting for them to attempt a third repair I was one the phone to lease company and one of the managers over heard and said nothing. In the end the car was returned and by the time I got home the bumper had popped out again. Ended up going to another garage where it was found that the new bumper had been damaged and simply bodged with glue! Not acceptable at all!  This then required another new bumper and Lex charge Clarks back for the additional repair! Really bad, avoid!

SHAME ON YOU

Clark & Partners visited my auntie at home as she was unable to visit a showroom due to the fact that she can no longer walk after breaking her hip. My uncle is her carer, they are both in their 80’s.

They were sold a chair costing £3000 - paid for from out of their minimal life savings - the chair was missold as is not fit for her purpose.

On receipt of the wheelchair the battery was put on charge - however the battery did not stay charged. Clarke’s collected the chair & fitted a new battery. When the chair was collected my uncle explained that the chair was far too big for him to manoeuvre. (It has not been used once!) He was advised by one of their staff that they offered a part exchange. He called the shop - but was advised that they could not do this for him. They told him that the chair would be returned to them the next day.

My uncle called me , he was upset and frustrated. I then called the Huddersfield shop - who told me to ring their Sheffield office.
I was advised that they do offer a part exchange- however they would not do so on this occasion as the chair that had been sold to my auntie was an ex demonstration model. The woman also stated that if they did offer a part exchange, which they were not prepared to do, they would only offer £200!!! My auntie had had the chair for just 2 months.

From their distinct lack of care and concern for my vulnerable elderly relatives it is my opinion that they sold my auntie a chair to suit THEIR need to get rid of the chair - and definitely not to suit her requirements.
They can not afford to replace the wheelchair- I am appalled.
