Ordered a pair of shoes, which did not arrive even days after the expected date. I contact the customer service to enquire where my order was. Email received from Kyle to tell me there was a glitch with the system and my order has been cancelled. He offers me 10% discount for the inconvenience and tells me I can expect a refund into my account. I order another pair of shoes as I needed them urgently. Shoes arrive a couple of days later. That same day I receive an email from Kyle to say that my original order is actually on it's way. When I email to explain I've already ordered another pair and been charged for two pairs. Kyle simply tells to return the second pair. Because of his incompetence I've been hugely inconvenienced and been charged the fee to return the pair, making me out of pocket. Very poor service.

I have recently ordered the same sandal 3 times, over a period of several weeks from this company and on each occasion my payment has been refunded, with the company stating that the particular item I ordered is out of stock. Each time I go onto their website, the same sandal is there and showing as in stock in my size! I firstly contacted their website chat after I placed the first order to find out why my order was cancelled and refunded. The advisor couldn't even explain the reason why the item was still showing as available and advised me to try again in a few weeks, as their stock may be updated. I waited a couple of weeks and re-ordered the sandals and again my payment was refunded. After placing the order, I received an email confirmation. On the third occasion, I left it a little longer before checking the stock. The sandal was showing as available, this time in 2 different sizes, so I was sure that they must definitely be in stock. I ordered them, received a confirmation email and then an email stating the delivery date, which I hadn't received previously with the other 2 orders. I was certain that this time I was going to receive the sandals. The next day, I received an email telling me that I would be receiving a refund! I was so frustrated and annoyed, so I called their customer services. The advisor could not figure out what was going on and said that the item was out of stock and she didn't know why the website hadn't been updated. She said it was definitely a problem at their end and that she would put the complaint through to the relevant department and get back to me via email within 48 hours with an update. That was one week ago and I have heard nothing! The item is still on their website and showing as in stock. How can they keep allowing this to happen!? I have seen other footwear on their website but am too reluctant to place any orders with them as they are not portraying themselves as a trustworthy company. It is just ridiculous!
