I was very curious about this shop so my Mom and I elected to take a ride out there to check it out. The shop itself is in a weird location that feels almost remote and isolated but we found it. Going in the shop, we were greeted by the associates who were friendly enough but I was amazed by the stock of kits. As a Gundam fan, it was nice to see the vast catalog of kits from HG to PG across all the different timelines. In fact, it was almost impossible not to find a suit from an era I didn't recognize. We were like two kids in a candy store. However, what put us both off was the fact that the associates were hovering over us while we browsing grabbing products and practically shoving them in our faces. And of course the products they grabbed were the higher end items. What really pissed me off was the fact that they were trying to push this PG Exia suit on us trying every way to Sunday to get us to put it on layaway. Another note of discomfort was the fact that one of them was loosely inquiring our Financials of how much we can afford on a monthly basis. I've never heard of a business being that aggressive in promotion of their layaway system and honestly it felt shady. In the end, I settled for some mild paint supplies since I needed them for my own projects but felt a little insulted by the sarcasm from one of the associates when I asked about a certain kind of hobby knife since xacto blades don't lock in very well. "Well, I never had that problem." Talk about a rude remark with a condescending tone. If you are into model kits then yes this business will provide you what you are looking for especially if you love Gundam. However, I personally don't see myself becoming a regular customer. I think once was enough for me.

Really great customer service and I’m always happier supporting a smaller business over a big chain. Unfortunately I live in Florida so I haven’t been to the store in person but their online retail experience has been great. They pack everything super securely too. Highly recommend.
