Amazing customer service - I lost a thread through earring on the first wear and I didn’t even expect a response but Claro kindly replaced them!
I thoroughly recommend them.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. I have ordered two rings and they are beautiful. The second ring I ordered was a size too big so I returned and it is so easy as the return address is on the envelope that they send your items in. I reordered a smaller size and it came within two days amazing. I am waiting for my refund on the ring I returned which they have received back today so I cannot comment on how long refunds take.. I even had a phone call from them to check it was my return. Great experience thank you Claro Jewels. I would just like to add that I have received my refund back today.

Super happy with the quality of my new rings which will be for travelling mostly. They’re pretty close to my engagement and wedding rings, really great fit, very comfortable, and so sparkly! Delivery was very quick and the customer service I received when I had to ask a question was also both quick and high quality. I’ll definitely be shopping with Claro again.

I was a bit dubious as the ring sets were so cheap but they had good reviews. I am so pleased I decided to buy a ring set. They are beautiful and look expensive. The site was easy to use and I received the rings in a pretty velvet pouch. I will definitely buy from them again.

These rings are absolutely stunning. Just the right size to be believable. I liked both the sapphire and emerald so I was lucky enough to be given both. Will be buying more and would 100% recommend ❤️ The pics do not do them justice, they’re really sparkly

A stone has fallen out of one of the rings which is really disappointing as I haven’t even had then a fortnight yet. I’m waiting for a response from Claro Jewels to see what can be done to rectify this. I will of course update again if/when I hear from them 😢

Products are amazing quality and the customer service is excellent! I recently ordered some earrings and Royal Mail were unable to deliver them as the address was entered in wrong which was my fault. I contacted claro jewels on Facebook message and they were so helpful, they were able to re deliver my parcel with the correct address and answered my message very quickly! I would highly recommend for beautiful jewellery and wonderful customer service!

I ordered a ring i had my eye on for a while & was probably going to send it back as most jewellery doesn't look the same as the pictures. Well it came & omg its huge, its stunning & extremely good quality which I wasn't expecting. I'm definitely keeping the ring, I will definitely make more purchases frm this company as I now know the quality of their jewellery. Highly recommend this company. 👍

Firstly the jewellery is beautiful and shipping was very quick. I needed to contact customer service after receiving my order and the response was super fast and then resolving my issue was seamless and hassle free. Great experience with Claro jewels. The original ring I bought lost a cubic Zirconia and they replaced it with a brand new one.

Never ever had a problem with this wonderful company all there jewelry is amazing beautifully fits I ordered 3 rings yesterday and all was delivered today. Excellent customer service even offered a discount when the ring I ordered was out of stock and there system had made an error. I have ordered more than 5 times and everything is just perfect. Found this company on Facebook and will admit I wasn’t sure what my experience would be. I have ordered three rings so far. They arrive within 4 days first class delivery and they are stunning pieces of art. Lovely shiny silver and the stones really sparkle. Would recommend the company based on the two experiences I have had.

I ordered the wrong size of ring and Claro jewels were great with sending a correct replacement quickly and a tracking number to check until arrival. Excellent customer service!!

Their jewellery is beautiful, comes beautifully packaged and is sold at a good price and therefore good value for money.
