This company used to be reputable and could be trusted. Unfortunately, this business was sold about a year ago to an untrustworthy person who has offered me nothing but lies, half truths, and refuses to repair my vehicle. The shop received my car the end of August, 2023. Because there were multiple insurances involved, I was asked to pay for the full repairs up front. The cost was $8,159.57 and I was told the repair would take 2 weeks. Payment was made on September 19th, 2023. Here it is April 3, 2024 and it is still not complete. Talking to the owner receives only promises that are never fulfilled. I have retained an attorney to go after this shop. My advice to you is to run, not walk away from Classic 'Automotive. It is a shame that the new owner has no integrity and has ruined what used to be a great auto body shop.

John @ Classic Automotive Inc in Manassas, Va will take care of your auto body needs from the time you walk in to picking up your vehicle after it's done. These guys are great. If you own a Mercedes Sprinter, you know how hard it is to find a shop that can do body work, let alone a shop that can do Mercedes quality work. Classic just repaired my 2019 Sprinter 3500 after being hit by a tree. They did a quality job, it looks like new again. I'm very happy with the job they did. I can't say enough good about Classic Automotive Inc. Great people, quality workmanship. I highly recommend them!
