Beware of the wolf in sheep’s clothing

I visited this salon on 1/18/25. Prior to this visit I had a scheduled consultation a little over a week prior to the salon visit. In writing and in pictures as well as during consultation, I specified exactly what I wanted. On the day of the visit, I was horrified to see that my requests were not honored at all. The initial purchased for me was a middle part, with a huge cap that slid off my head. The type of hair was wrong. It was a huge disappointment. I was never informed that a generic, middle part unit would be purchased.

If you visit this salon and are not happy, the owner is not equipped to handle this. She personalizes it, instead of thinking about the client and the solution. They claim to be about “empowering women”and “fostering a space where women can grow”… this is all propaganda. The owner, who is a bully herself, bullied me when I wrote a review of the unsatisfactory goods and services I received from her salon. As a result of my review, she refused to acknowledge the mistakes made in her shop under her watch (no accountability) and instead proceeded to attack my character, making the following false, defamatory and libelous allegations:
1. accusations of me rushing her staff (lies)
2. accusations of me bullying her staff (lies)
3. making hateful, ageist comments
4. accusing me of having mental health issues (lies)

This same owner emailed me offering me a partial refund after spreading horrible LIES on the internet about me as a customer. These posts will stay up so that the buyer can beware of the wolf in sheep’s clothing and that’s Classic Beauty Studios.
