We ordered a front door from Classic. The service was excellent from start to finish. We are delighted with the new door, would highly recommend!!

Damien the fitter was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for him . He even put up a letter box for us. He was a gentleman to deal with.

the sales staff were friendly and courtious and the fitters were quick, effecient and tidy. nothing was too much trouble and the place was cleaner on leaving that when they landed!

I had a fantastic experience with this company when they replaced several old windows and a front door. The service men were extremely professional and after painting around the new plaster, you can't tell that windows were replaced. They were fast and efficient during the install and took all the old windows and front door away. They also fitted new window boards so it meant that everything was complete after installation other than touching up the paint. It did take a little while for them to come initially but I knew that from when I booked them in so it was expected. It was worth the wait. I'd definitely get windows and/or doors again from them in future.

Treated very badly by this company. Paid for windows for elderly parents home while they were in hospital.They asked for large deposit which I paid to them before any work began.Within six months of the windows being used regurlarly ie opened and closed, we began having problems with the handels locking up and unable to open them. Called Classic windows about this. They kept us waiting months and tried to charge €80 call out fee to open their poor quality handels. I refused to pay so they called out anyway as they knew they were in the wrong here. They replaced the handel.
Unfortunately there were and still are problems with several other handels over the years since installment. The staff had to come out several times to replace handels. Last time I had to call them
their service staff called and told me at my front door that he was charging me €100 for the call out . I had not bė told this by their reception staff befōre he called out. I refused to pay €100 on top of what i paid for the windows originally. The seviceman left. I again had to phone their office. The manager was unprofessional and rude and cut me off the phoņe.
The CCPC told me to complain in writing but Classic Windows are ignoring me. This was last year .
Certainly would not recommend them.

New windows fitted last week after 3.5 months waiting. Every single one is damaged and poorly made. I’m still picking up the cigarette buts that the installation crew threw away in my driveway. I’ve paid in full and I had to chase them for days for a resolution. They were very interested in the business initially, but now that I have paid in full they couldn’t care less. They have now told me that all the windows will have to be remade and will be reinstalled in about 4 weeks. My house is like a building site, a big skip still outside the door, no blinds in the windows, and there’s a draft coming in the two windows at the front. Their attitude toward my complaint has been so casual, the installation is sloppy and there are so many issues with every single window that I have zero confidence in them getting it right the next time around. The domestic operations manager isn’t answering my emails or returning my calls. It has been a horribly stressful experience so far. I would definitely not recommend Classic Windows and if I could I would give them a zero or minus star rating.
