ClassPass is one of my favorite…

ClassPass is one of my favorite subscription companies, especially in the health and wellness categories. 5 years ago, I struggled to enjoy working out, and thanks to ClassPass's affordable and expansive options, I've been able to find so many studios that I've really enjoyed, and even joined. I love the range of studios the class provides, and how the credits roll over on some membership levels. I would recommend to anyone new to a city, or just looking to switch up their fitness routine, to try new studios and gyms.

Charlotte really helped me out because…

Charlotte really helped me out because I signed up for a free trial promotion from t mobile with 55 credits. I noticed that not a lot of locations weren’t listed showing so I signed up for a small membership. Then I noticed that my credits disappeared. It was disheartening since I mainly signed up because of the promotion. Even though the terms said credits don’t roll over once a membership starts, she was understanding to give me the 55 credits that I never used

Value Proposition Non Existent

Credits are pricey but honestly so are gyms and yoga classes so it's a lose lose either way. Both my parents died in 2025 (9 months apart) and somehow I thought I'd begin using all of my unused 2025 credits now in 2026 as I navigate wellness through grief and rehab but nope, my credit card was on file but there was no credit accumulation. A loss again. Honestly I'm over Class Pass. I no longer verbally promote it. I have zero intentions of increasing my package. Only option for me is keep the package I have or cancel.
