Absolute Chinese rubbish literally made out of tin with fake buttons on the side of the dial.! Complete junk and a scam!!!!

I bought a watch last years- Very clean looking watch, I got the one with the beveled clear glass. Very nice, classic look. Great product.

This may not happen to everyone, but this company took my money for shipping and has never given me my product. I ordered this beginning of October in good faith and although I have written them several times they have only responded one time to tell me that it would take 60 days to receive my product. It is now almost the end of December and I do not expect to receive it because they have not answered my emails. I would be very careful about ordering for anything from this company because they take your money and never give you anything. And there is no way to take any recourse or action on this company. Even a free watch is expensive when you’re paying shipping and you don’t get the watch. Very much a rip off scam company. I had ordered this for

Customer Service doesnt exist - enquiries/queries/requests for refund are never answered. The latest watch delivered has the hour hand disengaged and just flops around. A previous watch stops around a quarter to 12 every time - dodgy mechanism. If you can't afford to lose the money expended on shipping costs then dont buy from this company.

I ordered a watch in September and it is now almost mid December and still ni sight of the watch. The tracking number they provided (even the one they sent via email) didn't work always says not found.
I have emailed and filled in contact form at their website no reply 😡😡.
I paid almost $15 for delivery as the watch was Free and have not received anything. I think this is a SCAM.
Stay well away from this company people .

I ordered a watch in September and it is now almost mid December and surprise surprise still no watch. I have reached out to this bunch of crooks several times by email and they haven't once bothered to reply to my enquiries.
I wasn't expecting a brilliant product given that it's free but I am really peed off that they take the overpriced delivery costs and don't send you anything. Avoid these crooks at all cost

The website is fairly easy to navigate .....I didn't have any problems moving from viewing to ordering and back again .... if there was an opportunity to fast forward through the pages when looking at all stock that would be a further advantage :)

I recently purchased some watches from classyhand in November 2019. the pictures of the watches were amazing but upon receiving the free watches they turned out to be costume jewelry that you wouldn't buy from a dollar store.
I have reached out to the company to send me a return label since i paid over $289.00USD for these garbage watches and i want my money back they have not responded..DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES YOU WILL BE SORRY...THEY SELL CHEAP COSTUME WATCHES AND BOOK ON SHIPPING CHARGES BUYER BE WHERE...
