Was waiting for the package over a month. The tie is not silk. They lie about the quality. The information about the product says Silk Tie - when arrived it says on the product 100% Polyester.
Stay away!

Chain I ordered for my husband has not arrived in time for Christmas and I'm quite anxious whether it will arrive at all. Sadly duped on another unscrupulous company ripping off the British, unfortunately it seems like this is probably another company posing as a British one when it is not. Severely disappointed and I will be seeking action because I'm not being ripped off again by these disgusting fraudsters. Very sad as I wanted to get my husband a lovely Christmas gift and now I'm a gift down and out of pocket. You have to be soooo wary with online shopping. Shoppers beware, you can't trust many companies these days!!!!! Disgracefully annoyed and upset. If it does arrive I'm anxious to see how bad the quality is for a poor product being touted as a good one.

Should have read the reviews before I ordered. Paid for a tie for a funeral I’m going to next Tuesday over a week ago. Been told it’s been “shipped” 5 days ago yet the tracking number for Royal Mail tells me they’re still waiting to receive it. I’ve bought another tie from a different company today with 24 hour delivery.
Another lesson learnt, save yourself some hassle and some money and go elsewhere unless you don’t need your product until 2025

I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THEY ACTUALLY DO BUSINESS. I HAVE A PHOTO OF THEIR ONLINE ITEM I ORDERED AND WHAT I RECEIVED AND IT IS RIDICULOUS. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN. FCK EM.

I ordered before I read the previous reviews and I was nervous about the shipping and quality. I was VERY happy with the quality of the silk tie, cufflink and pocket square set. I wrote to the support twice and both times i received an email back the same day. Shipping from wherever it originated to my house in AZ was 14 days.

I tried to cancel my order less than an hour after placing it and I was told it was too late and if I wanted to return the tie I could do so once received. Now that I received the tie, I requested a return and I was given a return address in Finland and I have to pay shipping to ship it back. The tie cost $56 and with shipping/duties/taxes the estimated cost to ship it back is over $90 using the cheapest option with USPS. Do NOT order from this company. I am trying to get a US return address now but I don't have high hopes. Unbelieveable.

Their products and rings are poor quality but expensive. Dont buy anything from them. If you are a quality seeker person. Dont waste money here. It looks all classy on the internet but not in reality. And of course their famous delivery method. This business is a scam business.

I bought a tie from this website priced over 30€ and now it's being sold ate Shein priced under 5€; I've also noticed the same ties being sold at amazon for less than the asking price at this website; I had a good experience with customer support but I'm not sure they are being honest or if their products are being resold on other platforms...

I read the story of cmc mens. But the way I received my chain was in a very cheap fashion with no indication it was from cmc. Only a Chinese address. Yes that maybe your factory but it looks all to cheap. Even the chain looks to shiny to be sliver. For the way the website is set up. The product in which is delivered is very poor. Then to say it's eco friendly doesn't add up. I read few reviews they are too feeling are what I am feeling. On Ali express almost identical chain is going for next to nothing money. I feel I have been shown a more prestigious product and what I really got is far less. Only time will tell what it is. I would strongly recommend you do your homework before buying here. As cmc has clearly covered themselves in how they give there products. One lesson learnt. Read everything is stated before you even get started in looking at products. A lot has been missed. But the internet is an abyss. You need to be ery careful where you buy and who you do business with.

I would strongly advise everyone to shop elsewhere, this company can not be trusted. Another week has passed and nowhere nearer to receiving the goods that I paid for over two weeks ago. After I posted my review last week I did receive a reply from a representative of this sham of a company, I was told not to worry and that my goods should be with me this week. Well the tracking states that goods are being prepared for shipping, so they have not even left yet. Avoid please, and Trust Pilot you should have an option of zero stars, this mob don't deserve anything.

Extraordinary quality for such a low price. My boyfriend wears quite a lot of jewelry and nothing I've bought him has lasted like the chains and rings I got him from CMC. Good quality material, he wears them all the time without taking them off before shower or going to the gym and there are really zero signs of use after months. One star out because the delivery took a little longer than I expected. Will purchase again and would absolutely recommend.

I paid over 40 euro for a necklace and a ring. The quality is troublesome for the money you pay. They order their products straight from Aliexpress. If you want Aliexpress quality and pricing, it is better to order from Aliexpress yourself than from this website.

They immediately gave me the option for a 50% refund without return of the items. This hints that they know themselves that their products are garbage.

I ordered a necklace to give my son as a gift on February 24th and today, March 7th, I finally received it. I knew the product wouldn't arrive in a matter of a day or two, so the wait was expected. The necklace looks exactly as it does on their website, feels of excellent quality, and has a good weight. During this process I contacted their customer service once to inquire about the timeline of my package (according to the tracking number it had been stuck at a warehouse in the neighbouring city for a while) and I received a kind reply to my email explaining the situation. Overall, if you are willing to wait more than a day or two for your package, this seems like an honest, reputable store to me.

I ordered a necklace on Dec 6. I have trying to track the package only to discover there has been no shipping activity for over 23 days. Today is Jan 1 and I have sent them company an email to see what the hold up is. IF I get what I ordered, I will provide a follow up review on the quality. At this point very unsatisfied.

garbage. I ordered 3 products over a month ago and still havent recieved them or recieved any updates, I used the track items and its said on board for deliver for 3 weeks now, a scam and a joke. don't recommend.
