Ordered dog kennel panels and gate at the beginning of February. They notified me that my order will be mid to late March before it was shipped to me. So April I'm still awaiting an update I email them again. 2 weeks later they respond with now it's delayed until June... It's frustrating that I keep having to check up rather than them contacting me to update on their obvious issues to source the product I ordered. Hopefully I'll have it by the time Christmas rolls around...

I'll update this review after receiving my product to have the finished timeline and how the rest of this experience goes.

Good store. I bought a kennel for my dog. Very fast delivery. I was very pleased

We bought Collar for our french bulldog puppy who was terrorizing our older boxers and causing fights. It definitely helps. Thanks Classy Pet Shop, We are very pleased to have found Classy Pet Shop for our 13-year old "puppy" (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel). She is a companion dog, accustomed to spending her days with 1-2 indulgent humans, except for walks and playtime when she sometimes sees other people's pets.

The Kennel and doghouse are great, but the rep's responsiveness, helpful advice, and courtesy were even greater.

The sales person was very helpful. It made the purchase of the dog house quite easy. We are very happy with the purchase. It came in two separate shipments - the second shipment came two days later. Very satisfied.
I will shop again at the Classy Pet Shop.

I was extremely happy with the gates and panels I bought from Classy Pet Shop. I have spent over a yr looking for the kennels I wanted for my dogs and I found Classy Pet. Their prices were with in reason and shipping didn't cost be more than the kennels like some of the other suppliers. They packages the gates and panels very well. Even the guy who dropped them off right at my house said how well they were packaged!
I will be ordering a lot more in the spring when I do the outside of my kennels. Would highly recommend this product.
