Just had our car service and MOT done at Clayton’s.
Car failed MOT on a couple of small problems but these were sorted with Clayton’s usual efficiency and care.
Tracey kept me informed every step of the way what was happening and was there for me with advice and help.
Great service has always.

I have brought my BMW here for a few services since i got it rather to a main dealer ! No you don't get a free valet but what you do get is first class service at a fair price form very friendly people !

Easy to book, friendly and helpful team. Told exactly what to expect. The work was done within 24 hours. Everything was explained clearly.

Brilliant garage. Friendly and informed staff always happy to help and offer advice on any make of car. Good prices, not the cheapest but you feel you are getting quality and expert knowledge so money well spent. Found this garage by chance and although I have sold my current car I will be using it again and I would have no hesitation in suggesting using the garage to friends and family.

Our new go-to garage! The service at Claytons is absolutely top notch, especially from the customer service team. Every request, even for my small annoying niggles is looked at and everything is done to an amazing standard. Cannot fault them at all.

Expect discrimination if you are autistic. They thought I was being rude when I was simply asking questions. because I wanted to understand. Were deliberately rude and unhelpful.
Discrimination means they don't want to do business with me.

Just fixed my kia rio. Freindly reliable and honest. Cannot fault this garage.

Contacted Claytons at 8.30am to report my V40 would not start and was at my place of work in Leeds but live in Huddersfield. Car collected at 10.30am, they rang me back at 12.10pm to say they'd found the fault, which was a wiring loom issue, rang me again at 3.30pm to say the car was repaired. Able to get home without having to use taxi's or public transport.
Happy days.
