If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would. This product left my wood floor dull and patchy. It certainly doesn’t do any of the things it claimed. I had to get on my hands and knees with furniture polish to try to rescue it. The liquid also went into all the joints leaving them white, which I then had to try to correct. Do not buy it.

I’m really glad I tested this on a small area

I’m really glad I tested this on a small patch of my hardwood floors before applying it everywhere. The product left the area dull and slightly sticky, and even after it dried, there was no shine or improvement to the finish at all. When I reached out to return it, I had to pay $21 out of pocket for return shipping, so not only did the product fail to perform as advertised, it ended up costing me even more. Very disappointing experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I started getting ads for this company…

I started getting ads for this company and their floor products. I decided to place an order even though I couldn't find a reputable source for reviews. (I'm the first reviewer here).

I signed up for a 10% discount for my first order. Their website also shows free shipping after a certain amount. So put the items in my cart.

There is a paypal icon, that doesn't work. I figured I'd have the option to choose them in checkout. I was wrong. The checkout button took me to Shop Pay with no options to switch payment method. AND my free shipping disappeared once I got to the Shop Pay link.

I searched their site for a contact option, but it didn't exist.

I messaged them on FB and got an auto response from a bot, but that response included a contact us button. Clicked that button and got a 404 error.

Found an email on their FB page and emailed them. They told me I didn't qualify for free shipping because I was using the welcome discount, but their site showed both discounts. They chose not to honor it, so I never placed the order.

Seems super sketchy. I was hoping for more since they are a US based company.
