SCAMMERS! Terrible service
SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!
We hired Clean 247 for our vacate job. They reschedule the day after booking in advance, then turned up way to late on the day to complete the job. They suddenlyleft the property at night with all the doors and lights on to go get Hungry Jacks, the owner came over to find his house open to the street, which then we got a call saying WTF, where are they and why is my house not locked up, they didnt even tell us as the tenants so we could t least tell the owner. Ended up so called "finishing" the job at 7.30 at night. We did a brief inspection that night thinking it surely had been done properly. Then the next day when inspecting the property during the day (which was key hand over day) it had not been completed properly. Windows were still dirty, top of cupboards were all dusty, toilet tiles were not cleaned properly. We had told them this is for our bond to be released and if not completed it may loose money. They waited a week to come back after messing us and the owner around, and then claimed their policy states 1 week only to fix the issues, they also tried stating they do not clean outside windows, which is not true as i have the proof they told me they do. When they did return they did not clean the windows or the toilet tiles properly yet again. The owner was not happy. They did a crap job and now we have to pay for another company to go out and redo the windows cleaning again.
PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO, DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
WE ARE TAKING THEM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS!
