Used Clean Air Claims for VW and although it took over two years (not the fault of LGPW Law) I am expecting a payment of £750. Good communication and service. I had trouble at first as it would not accept my bank details. It appears it wanted my full forename and surname and not what was on my bank card wich said Mr followed by initials. This was cleared up by call to Clean Air Claims who reset the portal to let me try again.
These people aren’t scammers. £750 in my account within three days.

Tried to log in but password not accepted. Phoned & pw reset but then bank details kept being rejected.
Tried again but pw does not work again. I smell a scam. Avoid like the plauge

Complete waste of time

Hopeless could not take my claim any further as they could not get ATE funding and also as i purchased my Audi TDI diesel sportback in 2017.
They knew this when i made the claim back in 2021.
After the event funding ( ATE ) is an insurance if there was the need to go to court to pursue the claim. (which would cover their costs)
I was under the impression that VW/Audi settled out of court.
Complete waste of my time.
Has anyone out there been successful with this lot ?
Stay clear in my opinion

Red flags everywhere

Cannot fault the initial process of registering interest and details back in 2021. Company was very helpful in pointing out where to get car details etc. All submitted and done pretty easily.

And then silence until late 2022. No updates, no nothing. I was bombarded by e-mails and phonecalls asking me to complete paperwork. In that time, I had changed address and had no realistic way to remember the details I'd provided some year and a half previously.

I said that I needed to see the details of what I had filled in in October 2022. In March 2023, someone at LGWP finally did as I'd asked and they allowed me to review my case details. The day later, my log in was de-activated and today 22nd, I've received an e-mail saying my claim was discontinued.

I don't dispute that I did not sign the CCBA because I did not - because I was not given the information I asked for and refused to commit. There were no warnings of if you don't return CCBA by date x, y will happen.

A very underwhelming experience all in - and it got off to a pretty good start as well. However, there are red flags everywhere.

CLEAN AIR CLAIMS (Don't waste your time)
I have just had an email from LGWP law telling me that my VW claim can no longer go ahead. After 2 years of waiting. Something about my claim not being before 2016. Funny that as I was not aware of the problem with my VW until 2018 and I used to work for VW. This has been a total waste of my time. Other Law firms gave got compensation for their clients. Shorly Lgwp should have been aware from the start of the claim if their was a potential problem. It seems at best to be incompetent on their part. I would NOT recommend anyone using this company for deisel emmissions claims. Communication from this company was very poor. I'm just glad it was no win no fee.

I started a claim with this company and got to the part where they wanted me to sign some sort of contract but after reading T&Cs I decided not to go through with it. They sent me emails saying I had to sign quickly or miss out I explained I was no longer interested. Now they are telling me that when I originally signed up they automatically put me forward and I must now sign a document otherwise I may incur costs. This doesn't seem right and I am feeling bullied. Is this legitimately something they can threaten?

Very poor I just closed my case as they don't have a brain cell. Talk about getting money from vw. They couldn't even get a match box car out the box. Lol
