Erster Stein ist gebrochen - zweiten Stein aus Überzeugung (um ein Vielfaches teurer als Mitbewerb!!!) bestellt, dieser war qualitativ schlechter. Kein Umtausch möglich - schade! Bei einem Premiumprodukt erwartet man sich einen anderen Kundenservice! Sehr ärgerlich! Nicht zu empfehlen!
