Got well and truly conned, does not work at all, and free trial is not free, £89.95 to be exact, every month, as if I would pay that for a tiny pot of cream, disgusting customer service too, really unhelpful,offered half my money back after much arguing. Just think how much money they are falsely making..... £45 a person.
Same scammers that go under the name of perlelux, serumlux, collagenea. Go immediately to your bank for help. In Europe, the EU commission demands banks to do a chargeback to your account and these guys will qualify. Do not let them tell you that you signed up by accepting their terms. There terms are not legally binding.
See what they write in the terms. "You manifest your agreement to the terms and conditions in this document by any act demonstrating your assent thereto, including clicking any button containing the words "I agree" or similar syntax, or by merely accessing the Website, whether you have read these terms or not." These are unfair terms and not legally binding in most places. Then they make you believe that you agreed to let them scam you. Please take a screenshot and share with facebook and others to prevent further scam. I lost $750 but bank is helping me to get it back.
