Our cleaner Ana (P) is amazing
She is always efficient and professional and she has incredible attention to detail - in the days after she has cleaned, we often notice many extra improvements/tasks she has done around the house. She is also very good at working out what needs to be done when and planning this ahead of time, which makes things really easy for us. Ana does so much around our house in just a few hours, we are very lucky to have her.

I had a really bad experience with this
Company.
They sent three cleaners. The last one, stole us a very expensive watch. We had to go to the police who immediately proceeded to arrest her but unfortunately they couldn’t found her at the address that the company cleaning express provide. The insurance company of cleaning express only covered the original value of the watch which it was £1160 less that the current value. So unfortunately we couldn’t get our watch back.
The police is still looking for her. And the insurance only covered the original value of the stolen watch.
As the said in the answer to my review they only make sure that the cleaners had right to work in Uk, proof of address and experience .
I used two of my gmail account in order to keep the reviews on line because you constantly flagged them.
so sad you are assuming that my review is doing with “malicious intent to manipulate the ratings and cause reputational harm to our business”, insteed, I’m just expressing myself and tell my experience with your company witch is my right after that.

We got there in the end
We got there in the end. We had a few issues with the first cleaner provided by cleaning express not turning up on time etc but the agency themselves were helpful at helping secure us another who has been fantastic so far. The agency fee per hour is fairly steep but you do get a managed service for that in that sickness and issues with cleaners are dealt with for you. The vast majority of those we have dealt with have been professional and helpful and even the cleaner we had issues with did a reasonable job, even if timings were not consistent.

Good, but not for slate tiles
Good cleaning, but promised in advance that they knew how to clean slate tiles - I'm not convinced they did. Check carefully and in detail if you need more specialist cleaning support from them. Our cleaner only brought products from her home.

We take all complaints seriously, they are very important to us as we use it for training and quality purposes in order to improve our services. We do provide an extensive and thorough training for our cleaners to ensure the highest level of cleaning and to minimise any possible issues. Slate tiles indeed require specific cleaning, which our cleaners are trained for, however, some stains or marks due to damage may not be eliminated by cleaning or polishing alone. We believe that happened to be in your case when the cleaner found out the unreported marks on the day, yet she did her best to deal with that issue on the spot.
As for the cleaning products, we provide only professional cleaning solutions, which require special training and are not usually available to an average consumer. The cleaning solutions are usually distributed to cleaners in advance, so they bring them along from home in the morning. In any case, we would like to assure you that these are specific cleaning products that can be used by trained cleaning professionals only.

Completely inflexible and unhelpful.
I have not used the company. The lady at the telephone would not even discuss a bespoke solution for a period property to help a landlord after difficult tenancy who requires the kitchen to be deep cleaned in order to identify areas to be replaced, while extensive snagging repairs are made in other rooms of the house.
It is very stressful regardless. We don't have time to wait for all repairs to be made, then instruct the deep clean only to find the oven and extractor fan need to be replaced. A new tenancy is due to begin and I am not happy for someone to live in a house after a previous tenant without all areas being brought up to a perfect standard. We found this really unhelpful and disappointing.
It would not have taken much of the lady's time to speak to me about how a solution might be possible. We contacted this company because of the star reviews on Trust Pilot but we feel these must be for basic non-specialist cleaning requirements only.
I have just clicked on the average review button on TrustPilot. Which I should have done before calling them. I think this company is not specialised in deep cleaning to a high standard so now I am relieved the lady at the telephone was so dismissive and unhelpful.

We also understand the stressful situation you had with your property after the previous tenant. We provide various types of cleaning: when the property is empty and needs a thorough cleaning - we suggest end-of-tenancy cleaning; deep cleaning, on the other hand, is when the property is occupied and needs a deeper clean than an everyday one. We also offer after-building-clean after a refurbishment as this requires special equipment. It's not, however, usual to do repairs and professional cleaning simultaneously. We require the property's content to be repaired or replaced before the cleaning; this is for the safety of our cleaners and to avoid any damage to the property. I believe the miscommunication happened at the stage of selecting the correct service.
We are also sorry that you decided not to speak with our team members about possible solutions. We do our best to meet any specific requirements that might come up in the enquiries we receive. Regrettably, we have to turn down some requests with unique or particular issues recommending more specialised services.
