Only given 4 stars due to being charged for two items that I ordered, but only one showing on the invoice and order. But it was rectified quickly after I contacted customer services, but had I not noticed, I may not have received the item. Other than that, great service.

I'm sorry if we have disappointed you in any way. We received your order on the 7 March, and our website product notes gave an anticipated delivery of 10 -15 days.
I believe you spoke with one of my colleagues on the 14 March who gave you an updated delivery date for this week. I am led to believe you were happy with this.
You order is being shipped tomorrow which is within the 10 - 15 day delivery period.
I'm sure you can appreciate that transportation is still a concern for many business and although we have regular deliveries from the manufacturer, they can still be delayed.
Please be assured that we do all we can to fulfil orders in a timely fashion. We have learnt from your experience and will advise all customers very soon after ordering if any product is on extended delivery.
