Poor Customer Service
I am yet to receive confirmation that my products have been dispatched. The customer service has been appalling, I have sent emails, facebook messages, tried to call and left voice mails with no response.I was really excited to try these products after they were recommended to me by someone and I wanted to support a small business. Clearly the business is not worried about their consumers, maybe they are more interested in sale to retail stores.. So I definitely have no desire to even try the products now. I understand times are tough and various delays are occurring but communication is key. All I needed was an email to explain why there is such a delay in processing my order and an ETA and I would of been happy. I will never buy from you again.
Love this protein, not overly sweet, thicker consistency as it oxidates and leaves no strong after-taste! I feel that it healthy and clean as it states!
Amazing customer service!
I used dark chocolate protein for a year now and it is the best protein I’ve ever tried. I’m GF and this protein actually has great taste and has nice froth after you shake it. In last order consistency was completely different and it wouldn’t froth. It would separate in a milk. (I always use same rice milk in it and never had issues until now ). I called up and they were so nice and offered to replace it. I’m very grateful as I enjoy my protein shake daily and I can’t wait to have back my favourite shake! :)

These are the best protein powders I have tried so far. After reading the ingredients and seeing how clean they really are I was so delighted to discover they can taste that good without any additives. I have now tried vanilla, chocolate and salted caramel and all really good. Also they aren’t more expensive than others which surprised me. I will be ordering more and nice to see a company that is uncompromising in their quality
