We have been using CleanMyOffice for a number of years. Apart from the actual cleaning being of a high standard, these guys turn up on time every time. Tom is courteous and nothing ever seems to much trouble. I would never hesitate recommending Tom and his team. 5 start service everytime.

Great service

Our company has been using Clean My Office for the past 7 years, this says it a lot, very reliable and also reasonably priced.

We have used CleanMyOffice for many years now to clean our office. What stands out for me is their customer service, I deal mainly with Lee who is extremely responsive and if there is ever an issue (which is rare) Lee deals with it straight away and is in the office the same week to discuss this. I can highly recommend CleanMyOffice as a trusted and reliable cleaning company.

Great customer service very responsive and adaptable to our needs

I have been using Clean My Office to service our large site in Wokingham in Berkshire for 4 + years. I was looking for something different as I felt we had a constant stream of companies promising the earth, but as soon as they started it became more of the same, ultimately poor standards and a ‘revolving door’ of staff turnover. I used to spend a significant portion of my day managing the cleaning. The team at Clean My Office are genuinely different with a ‘can do & will do attitude’ and the site is well managed by them, not me! We have an established team on site who understand our needs and I see them being regularly monitored by their managers. They are not the cheapest, but they do offer a great value service. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving a 5-star review and my wholehearted recommendation.

CleanMyOffice are easily one of the best cleaning contractors that I have dealt with. In my past role, I frequently had to change cleaning contractors more than once a year, due to decrease in quality once they got comfortable. With CMO, we stayed for many years. What stood out most noticeably was their customer service. If there was ever an issue with the cleaning (not that that was common), then they would always deal with it same day. They ensured that it was sorted and kept on top of. They took the time out of their day to drop in even if there wasn’t an issue, which meant I was always certain that the job was being taken care of without me having to worry. I am now working at a different company, and have already recommended to our FM department that they consider CMO.

They were all one can ask from a cleaning company. They were responsive when I wanted a quote, they were great value. Whilst not the cheapest, I don’t regret using them at all. If there were ever any issues, they were always highly responsive and wanted to solve issues just as much as we did. Highly recommend CMO for any company, big or small. Once you meet the team, you’ll see the passion, I guarantee it.
