Good cleaning

Anne is great，highly recommended

Didn't clean to a professional standard and after reaching back out to try and book a second cleaning, they stopped responding and have completely ignored me. Don't use them!!

Elin came exactly on time and did an incredible job with my move out clean. He was really nice and communicative. Would absolutely hire him through Citi Clean again.

Excellent clean, great service and friendly staff

Booked end of tenancy cleaning plus carpet cleaning. Elin done such a good work, the house was never this clean before. He was very responsive via messages and updated me about finish time. He didn't left any corner unattended. Will definitely recommend.

This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! Paid £200 for an end of tenancy clean and upon our checkout report was told the clean was done to a terrible standard and we would be charged again for another clean via their own service. I called Citiclean and asked for a refund to which I was responded to with swearing & abuse down the phone and refusing any sort of refund claiming my flat was disgusting which was not at all the case. NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Booked citi clean for end-of-tenancy cleaning. It was not to the standard of professional cleaning at all. The toilets were not clean, the kitchen stove was not clean, the shower was not clean, the bins were not cleaned. After the check-up, I insisted that they clean the bin and the shower more thoroughly, they reluctantly "cleaned" more and I realized later that it was not actually clean (still mold inside the bin). The cleaners also left with some cleaning supplies.

The cleaner was on time and did a great job. It was end of tenancy cleaning that requires quite some detail. When I came to the flat after the cleaning was done, there was nothing I could complain about.

They clean the bare minimum. Don’t expect a professional crew! It is 2 members of a Bulgarian family with no professional cleaning equipment whatsoever. They do exactly what anyone non professional would clean. With no emphasis on details no special equipment or chemicals. Even after forcing them to clean some details and insisting, they did the bare minimum. Landlord could not believe we had the flat professionally cleaned and ended up being charged from our deposit. Stay away

Second time using service for an end of tenancy cleaning. Cleaning team were punctual and work done to high standard for a great price.

Can I give 0 stars? The worst cleaning I have ever experienced. This was an end of tenancy cleaning and I had to clean my flat myself afterwards! Worst ever service when I tried to get. my money back or a re-clean they sim[ly stopped replying to my emails and calls. Nothing was cleaned horrible standards with no service whatsoever. DO NOT USE!

They were 3 hours late to the appointment and clearly rushed through, as I've been charged a fee at the end of my tenancy for cleaning tasks left undone! They didn't bother with the showers as specified, or the bin (also specified) and instead hid it in a cupboard. I was charged by my estate agency basically the fee that would've made it cheaper to go with a competitor - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Great service for end of tenancy clean.

They were super responsive to my queries beforehand. The cleaner was thorough, inconspicuous and managed to clean while I continued working. He did a great job cleaning without rushing and everything is spotless. All areas were cleaned either to my standards or above my standards

Great attention to detail and very punctual ! Will use again !
