Incredible company and product. I have seen great results.
I was given a gift that included the large face pads and did like them. So I placed an order. After 2 weeks with no shipping notification I reached out and was told that they were very busy. After a couple more days with no updates I told them to cancel my order. I received a notice my order was cancelled but a refund had not been processed. After 5 days I wrote them to process the refund immediately or I would be reporting them to the BBB. Then they refunded me. Either this company is managed terribly or they are a scam. They held onto my money basically for 3 weeks. Avoid!
I have today received an order I didn’t order! You have automatically put me on a subscription that I haven’t requested! I emailed you last Thursday asking why you’ve taken money from my account without my authorisation and advised I DO NOT WANT THE ORDER!! You finally reply to many of my emails advising the order has been shipped,, so you clearly don’t read emails. I need to return the order , I will not be paying the delivery charge and find it unacceptable to subscribe me to something without my permission!
Clean Skin Club is a classic example of green washing within the beauty industry. Mostly disposable culture, one time use with little regard to the environmental impact. Aggressive advertising tactics and questionable "clinical trials". Clinical trials are with a very very small sample size (33 people) and nowhere will you find a peer reviewed paper in any high impact journal. Also many reviews mention a nasty chemical smell when opening the box. Disappointed to see steps backwards in the beauty industry and Clean Skin Club is a classic example of a broken industry
