I ordered 1 kg Packet of Saint coffee beans last Tuesday 22nd November and indicated by the shipping information they were picked up by the courier the same day. But I still haven't received the packet of coffee. The courier information indicated they were picked up at Brendale and then transported to Indooroopilly on the 22nd awaiting transport. Disappointed in the logistics side of your company and won't be ordering online again.

Love the Full Throttle beans! Makes a great coffee every time.

Being able to have my beans delivered is also a bonus as I don’t live close by to grab them at short notice or in a hurry.

The extra small bag of Berns to try was a nice touch!

Odered beans 7 days ago.!! Still haven't received. I live in Toowoomba not a huge distance. Couriers coming here daily!! I've been drinking Cleanskin Saint blend for 7 years. Time to find a new supplier.

immediately emailed a protest when the online payment was acknowledged. Unfortunately you must have switched the offer off and my amex copped the full price. That is bad enough, but have neither acknowledged by complaint nor refunded the $45 overcharge. Not good enough!

My order got delayed with transport however the team at Cleanskin Coffee Co were very responsive with assisting me. They sent out another order after 3 weeks of not receiving any movement from the tracking number, Highly recommend this company and their old school beans are delish!! Thanks for everything :)

I ordered the easter Blend and a bag of the 'Love is Love' blend. Shipping was fast, that i approve of. However ONLY the Easter Blends arrived. But no trace of the Love is love blend. I sent an email to Sales @ cleanskins (which is the one they use on the website that says "get in Contact with us" asking where the bag was. And NO reply. Still to this date No reply, no bag.

A smaller pet peeve, is the fact the Large 1kg bags DON"T reseal. This is a rather large letdown for someone like myself who likes to keep my beans fresh as can be without using third party Vacuum containers / Storage. The 250s have them. Thats cool. but the 1kg? Nope.

Just to Finish, Look this review is more about the Online to Cup Experience, i have NOT been into the shop or know anyone personally, this is just what has happend and what i feel should be imprioved. The Beans are great, blends are nice. Don't get me wrong. I encourage people to try out different blends from Varying roasters. But just know the online experience was a little, dare i say. Bitter...

Unfortunately I have to leave this review that has nothing to do with Cleanskin or their actual coffee but the the experience I have been made to endure due to their choice of delivery partner. I have never dealt with a worse, more incompetent, frustrating freight company than CouriersPlease! Their website states you can redirect parcels to neighbours, poplockers, or a different address in the same metro area. This is not the case! My package has been sent here there and everywhere and now must either be picked up from a depot or returned to sender so they can print a new label with a different address just to send it right back. There are 4.8k reviews on google giving a 1.3 star rating for this company so I cannot for the life of me fathom why anyone would want to work with them, especially when they are causing such deep dissatisfaction. It is for this reason this will unfortunately be my first and last time shopping with Cleanskin.

Great coffee, I generally have Cleanskin daily via my local café in Milton so decided to purchase some for my machine at home on the weekends.
