Margie has been so much more than just a support agent for me. Margie and Joy and all the support team. I am so grateful for the genuine service that she Margie, has given me in the past year and a half at Cleanster, she always answers my calls with a smile and that’s a rarity in the world today, something I expect and appreciate, she has been a go to for all my jobs through the platform good and importantly for the not so good moments she’s helped me through some of my issues with the process malfunctions and during a job and through it all she consistently has the most welcoming and responsive leadership attitudes and communication skills with knowledge of the platform and industry that we are in and need assistance with her level of service are excellent and the way she can get the best results is by far the most amazing and convenient resource I ever had and I am grateful to have the opportunity and privilege of working with her and the relationship that we have built this past year and a half is so special and she is very kind and very motivated to do everything in her power to make sure that we are in good standing and that we have all the right information to get to the jobs and complete the process of the work that we are assigned to and the way her and the team work together is the most critical aspect of this platform and I think it is very important for me to acknowledge and share this with everyone. This company is great for anyone who is interested in cleaning or needs a quick start. The best thing about the team here is they are very responsive and respectful to all situations. Since I have been withe cleanster they have pay me my payments on time every time. They do make you take a lot of pictures, but if you do everything right and take the right pictures they pay on time. I did have a delayed in payment but it was due to my pictures. The team instructed me what to do and they displayed patience while I figure out how to use there app. I recommend this app if you want a taste of cleaning homes and making a side money.

I have performed 858 cleans for Cleanster and they have been one of the best company that I have had the pleasure of working with. Cleanster staff are all friendly, helpful and quick to respond if ever needed. I highly recommend Cleanster as an employer and a cleaning company.

Cleanster Pro is absolutely a revolution! Customer Service is top notch! They are there for you every step of the way. They understand human nature fusing with economics. Truly a partner towards life!

I have done 30 jobs with Cleanster! They pay for all their jobs. I mean even when I had any issues with addresses missing apartment numbers, payment mentioned on my account and not received, customer stating they were going to be home and they were not. Support is quick to render any payments and they always get you the answers you need. The app sometimes can lag but just come off of it and go back and it works fine. The clients you work for are super friendly. I have never had a bad experience with them always respectful and they let you work. The hardest thing maybe parking at some of these apartment buildings because once I got a towing sticker on my vehicle because I wasn't a resident and the parking garage key was taken. Incidental things like that may happen but nothing major. Overall I like working for Cleanster they are understanding and always have many opportunities for reliable workers.

The Cleanster app is great. Reliable when you need the extra cash. My cleanster app support technician Margie is wonderful to work with, professional and smart. The money is deposited quickly no problems. Overall, I give the cleanster team five stars!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I’ve been working with Cleanster Pro for quite some time, and I must say it’s a fantastic team. They are very professional, understanding, and attentive. Not only do they allow me to have flexible hours, but the pay is also fair.

Well, I have used Cleanster for over a year and a half now, and I got to say that they have been very comprehensiva with my schedules, they have supported me and make me grow as a cleaner.
They pay fairly, they consider your needs and constantly are aware of your needs.
Highly recommended, they are a good team. 😊

Had a best deep cleaning service from Priscilla and the Cleanster support team were amazing

I highly recommend Cleanster’s for moms that have to put their kids on and off the bus. This would fit perfectly in your schedule. If you’re trying to make some extra money I have done over 66 jobs with Cleanster and I’ve had no issues with my payment or anything else as long as you submit your before and after photos and doing your job like you’re supposed to there’s no issues. I enjoy working with them.

My experience with cleanster has been an awesome one. My relationship with the backend staff has also been great.
The system provides me with a great opportunity of meeting clients of different class and background. I have not had an issue getting paid for jobs done.
In summary, it's been a great pleasure working with Cleanster. I will gladly recommend it for everyone who wants a perfect cleaning and or cleaners.

I’ve read a lot of these reviews and I have to agree. Clenster Pro does not pay out. They do not communicate and yes it’s very bad for business. I also did work for them and have not gotten paid. That is very very unprofessional while being a pro then you get to see the app exactly for what it is. I would not recommend anyone do a background check or even initiate this app if you are a pro cleaner. they do not believe in paying out once the work is done. It’s very time-consuming and they take up a lot of your time while you are getting the job done and even after it it’s like pulling teeth to get them to pay out.

I signed up to be a pro. Paid the background check and set everything up.. that was 6 months ago and not one job offered or have I ever found one either. DENVER is a big city. Telling me no jobs? Total scam. Not recommend.

You have to beg them to pay you the earnings you slaved for! They will call and text you a million times to make sure you go to the job then disappear once the job has been completed

i have used Cleanster for about a year now and their cleaners generally do a good job. i have had several different cleaners over the year. The last cleaner chipped a piece of my furniture and Cleanster took responsibility and compensated me for it. Overall their service is very good and flexible and all done via app that is easy to use.

Been with these guys for YEARS, y'all. (As a pro, not a customer).
Yeah, there's not a lot that comes thru from them in my area but on the occasions I am able to snag a job, it's usually a simple enough thing to get done and get paid.
But recently I did 2 jobs in one day. the cutest $99 the second one $70.
Someone tell me why I got the $70 but not the 99, and no one has any answers for me as to why that is. In fact they've BASICALLY GHOSTED ME AND REFUSE TO ANSWER MY TEXTS OR EMAILS TO SUPPORT. wtf.

I’m a cleaner. It took me over a week to get ahold of someone to fix my payments. I sent several emails, I finally found a phone number to call, left several messages and no one ever called me back. I finally had to message them on Instagram and ask for whoever was on the other side to look into my account and make sure I was finally receiving payments. Something was wrong on my account, but I was never notified of it. The persons on Instagram was really nice and worked fast to make sure I was finally paid. This being said, I’m extremely frustrated with the overall app and experience with lack of customer service and being able to talk to literally anyone. The message always says someone will get back to me in a few hours. That is never the case. I won’t be encouraging my clients to sign up to use this app to book me, I will be finding an alternative.
