It is very effective at cleaning out the sinuses with a strong jet/spray. It sometimes take 5-15 minutes after the spray before it takes its full clearing effect, but that does not matter. Because it is more powerful I find that it is much more effective than canned sprays such as Triomer (and far less expensive!). It has a long battery life.

Works fine now i have modified the length of the internal tube so it doesn't keeps sticking to the inside of the water container. I imagine the warranty is now void but it was no good the way it was so i had to take drastic action.You think this would have been picked up in the design stage. Tube just pulls off and i trimmed with scissors until it worked correctly.

I love my CLEANUX unit! It is easy to use, easy to clean. It helps flush allergens out of my sinuses during pollen season, along with indoor allergens like dust and pet dander. I use it every day and since I bought it, I have not had any issues with congestion or infection. I would recommend it to anyone!

After buying this as an alternative to the more expensive big brand name one we've all heard about I am pleasantly pleased that yours has exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use and works wonders!!!!

This machine has been a blessing! I had surgery for a deviated septum last year and two other sinus procedures, and I still felt congested with full sinuses and would get sinus infections. Luckily, I saw that ad for this on Instagram and thought I would try it. It has been amazing! Better than my old, manuel nettie pot, the water shoots up and vibrates my sinuses, and I have felt clear and free with no congestion issues! Thank you!

The company run a number of Social Media advertisements where a “nose expert” known only as ‘Josh’ talks about why you should use this product. Josh definitely looks the part as he wears a white Dr’s coat and has stethoscope around his neck.

Josh speaks about the benefits of using this product which seem to be accurate according to reviews from similar products sold on EBay and Amazon, however it’s worth pointing out the safety steps before use;

only used boiled / sterilised water with the correct nazel solution applied, as normal tap water could carry bacteria which could lead to serious health hazards such as brain damage.

The Facebook advertisement for this company is fairly annoying. It’s clear that they have a number of Social Media influencers leaving positive reviews, however any honest reviews which shine a bad light on the product are removed from the comments page by the authors so you don’t get a true reflection of this particular product or company.

I would recommend similar products from Amazon, some which have over 2k honest reviews by verified purchasers.

Don’t let these companies control what you see!

I've been having issues with my sinuses and medications haven't helped much. Neti pots helped some but didn't really do the job. I didn't like the idea of the units that had the suction because it would theoretically pull bacteria and viruses into the unit a perpetuate infection if not cleaned properly. I got the Cleanux and I'm totally happy with it. It clears every thing out. It took a bit to get up to pulse mode, but now that I'm there it is the most effective way to clear out my sinuses. It took it little while to arrive but once it got here it is good quality and I've had no issues with the unit. I'd recommend it to anyone needing this kind of therapy.

I ordered this product a few weeks ago and still not been delivered, I’ve reached out to their customer service team and they have ignored me! AVOID THIS COMPANY

The product wasn’t right for me - I prefer a different brand with manual control. However, customer service via email was excellent, and they refunded me with no quibble and didn’t ask me to go to the bother of return posting.

Cleanux was great ,until it would charged and not turn on .Contacted cleanux support followed their instructions,shake it gently turn it off and on.Didnt work.Contacted cleanux and then the bombshell.This product only has a two month warranty from new.My one was 4 months old.Used less than ten times.Ok in Europe and UK warranty would be longer.So make do and mend generation opened it up.The unit was full of water.This had soaked into two cardboard caps preventing the battery control module from shorting on the 18650 battery within.The module had corroded and died.The battery itself held volts so i removed the controller and the device is functioning again.The one o ring at the top of this item and the seal twixt the pump and reservoir are poor and the water ingress risk quite high.Is this why the warranty is so short?This is not a cheap item I expect better.

Waste of money. When trying to use, the internal tube keeps wandering around so it stops pumping. Have to keep one eye in the mirror when using to know where the tube has wandered off to so you can try and keep it submerged. I don’t like one of the sprayer heads, but they make you buy them in a set so half of my money is wasted on something I don’t want.

Purchased it a few weeks ago, product was damaged in transit, I emailed supplier immediately and with no hesitation, they send me up a new device instantly best of all I received it a few days later. product exactly what it says and find it does a great job. Most of all very impressed with the after sale service. Top marks from me on all levels thank you again John, I have no hesitation in recommending your product Cleanux does exactly what it says on the tin. Regards George.

I love using Cleanux it helps clear my sinuses so I can breath easier.
I use it every morning. Since using Cleanux I have not had to take antibiotics for sinus infections like I used to have to do before I purchased the Cleanux.

Life changing! That's the only way I can describe it. For years I've suffered with sinusitis, have been to Ear, Nose and Throat specialists, have been on medication, steroid sprays, antihistamines, and Otravine spray, all temporary, always came back.
Then, by chance saw Cleanux advertised on FB, had to try it. Have seen saline bottles in the chemists before, expensive for what they are and you had to squeeze the bottle. One use and they were finished!

Within two days of using Cleanux, in the morning and before bed, I was completely clear! Amazing, totally life-changing. No more lack of sleep being unable to breathe, no constantly blocked nose, no runny nose, no more sniffing, no more tissues everywhere. Only use every couple of days now, but I'm pretty sure I don't have to.

Note, there is a reason drug companies want you dependent on their products.........stop paying them and simply buy Cleanux. I'm telling everyone.

We purchased the Cleanux device for our 7-year-old because of persistant and serious sinus problems. Day or night, he was congested, not sleeping, and plowing through Kleenex and "saline sprays" (at $7 a bottle). Went to the GP and they, surprise, prescribed antibiotics. Despite all this, I'll admit, that when we found the Cleanux advert, we were skeptical of the claims made for the device.

It took about 2 days and that skepticism is gone. After an initial period of figuring out the angle and mode to use, it turns out that the Cleanux is very easy to operate - our 7-year-old does it by himself. And, there's no need to purchase some extra "special" solution - you can mix it up at home. Simple recipie, found online. No antibiotics. No saline special sprays. And Kleenex consumption is down to manageable levels. In a word: the little guy can finally breathe.

Understand, this no miracle cure but it's not far off. You have to use the Cleanux every day during your periods of sinus distress. By "every day" I mean, 1-minute in the morning and 1-minute in the evening.

A 7-year-old can handle it. If you're interested in breathing well, you can too.

I ordered Cleanux because it was my last resort to fix my sinus issues. I’ve tried gently pouring salt water down my nostrils, medicated nose sprays, mint oil drops… everything.. upon receiving it, I attempted to use it, and it hurt and burned my eyes and sinuses. I wasn’t convinced but I decided to give a second and third day trial. Best decision ever! By day three my sinuses were clearer than they ever have been. And now it is October and it is high ragweed season and I’m still breathing clearly. Note, I suffer from chronic allergies. I swear by Cleanux!!

I get sinus regularly. I often water ski so use sea water when possible for a good clean out. I recently bought the nose blaster and it equals sea water for sinuses but betters for convenience. I use regularly and have noticed a marked improvement in my ability to breathe through my nose. I highly recommend this product.
