Awful from the beginning, experienced at Kiosk Pacific Place, Jakarta, Indonesia:
1. Waiting for 3 hours for them to get refill for the material
2. The clearcoat installed is different model than what I have, so yeah not precision at all
3. Waiting until now (more than 2 months) for the management promise to update their model in the system to replace mine
JUST AWFUL

AWFUL PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE £45 WASTED

Had my iPhone 7 Plus covered in January this year. Unfortunately about a week ago the back covering started to come away and looked a mess, I peeled the remainder off and binned it. I took my phone back today for the back re-covering only to be told they wouldn’t do it-why I ask-because point 9 on the T & C’s says you must have the original Clear-Coat product. What an absolute load of complete and utter nonsense. Am I really expected to keep the old backing to hand when it’s destroyed and I have the receipt as proof of purchase-come on, sort your ridiculous T & C’s out for goodness sake people. Topped off by the appalling attitude of the member of staff (Rares) at the Trafford Centre franchise...I will not be making any further purchases from this company...people - AVOID AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

If anybody else is stupid enough to purchase covers from this company.. PLEASE DO NOT.. save your money.

The covers do not last.. They then charge you again the replace it!

And their owner suggested you don't put your phone in your pocket...

Just got samsung s6 edge done.i hate it girl told me it would be full body cover.they also claim the whole device is protected.Rubbish back is covered and screen .nothing on sides at all .so ive now got a phone that is half purple and part gold. she led me to believe.all would be done in the purple.wish id left it alone and corner peeling off already .could buy a skin on ebay that would look better than this rubbish.

I feel like I've had my pants pulled down and my butt spanked but not in a nice way. Had my Samsung phone covered at a cost of 50 quid. left it for 24 as instructed and started peeling . Not happy living 30 miles away it's not worth the return journey to Manchester

Please dont waste your money, I too fell for the youtube reviews and the hype.
Got my s8 done at the Trafford centre branch, didnt even last a week before it started to peel, it definitely isnt case friendly either. £45 what a waste, £7 for them to do it again as "life time warranty" policy, what a joke.

I got my son his first phone a Umi Plus E and I had seen this company and thought screen only (with a case) would do the trick as this phone doesn't have gorilla glass.
I was told that as this phone isn't common that it would have to be a custom cut. As my kids were with me I hurriedly agreed, trying not to get caught by my son.
I returned and spotted that she hadn't covered the top or bottom of the glass, just the middle. This left about a 8mm top and bottom of uncovered glass. She said it's an odd size but it's the same size as an Pole 6+. I wasn't happy but hurriedly put it in my pocket.
About 2 weeks later I give him the phone. I noticed a couple of small bubbles. He said that the screen is a bit sticky and sometimes had to tap the phone a few times to get it to respond. He persevered but when the screen started to peel.
I took it back to the shop and a guy this time said that screen sensitivity is not affected and although there is a lifetime warranty on the cover, he'd have to charge me another £12 to replace? Needless to say I said no... but not in those words.
I have now peeled it off and the phone screen works just like my Apple.
Avoid these robbers.

Don't waste your money good product just over priced and very poor service. Liars and time wasters.

I have been not satisfied with protection for my Samsung s7 edge from the beginning. First one cracked on its own the second day and since when ever I go to replace it they don't have it in stock. Such a waste of money!

Paid £45 to have my huawei p10 "clear coated" at the Trafford centre. Staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there but was done quickly (no queue) already peeling off by the time I got home. I live an hour away so couldn't be bothered going back so did what I could with it. Out of curiosity I very softly scratched a coated part of my phone and of course.. It left scratches. If it worked this product would be great and well worth the money but it simply does not.

Got Apple Watch covered - it should be full body protection but doesn't cover one part between screen & button. Has peeled off twice and for £35 is poor. They will replace free within first 14 days then it's £7 each time. Under the Consumer Rights act you are entitled to a refund but this is refused. This review will be changed if a refund is offered otherwise will contact Trading Standards.

I have had it done twice and it peeled of both times. The second time happened within 2 days. V rides customer service at Trafford centre, lifetime warranty is a joke, beware of terms and conditions and make sure you keep the screen protector to shel them WHEN it peels of and not IF it peels of.

First had my phone covered in February, I was back within a week with it peeling off, since then I have had to return back a further 7 times because this poor quality non durable product constantly bubbles and peels off. I have tried asking for a refund as I am sick of having to travel back and forth and pay the replacement fee. Got the rudest mannered employee tell me that it doesn't cost me to travel a 27mile round trip from my home in Glasgow to Braehead as it is also in Glasgow... And refused me a refund because they offer a 'lifetime warranty' with a product that they clearly lack confidence in them self as they only offer a 2 weeks free replacement policy.
