I have been extremely impressed with Clear Ads as a company in all the dealings I've had with them so far. George Meressa is highly respected in the eCommerce community and, with Clear Ads, he has built a team of exceptionally talented people around him. So I was expecting the mastermind they put on a couple of weeks to be good but I wasn't prepared for just HOW good it would be. George had brought together a fantastic group of people with a diverse range of knowledge and experience and the value we gained from sharing that knowledge and experience between us was massive. There were also some heavy hitting guest speakers in attendance which is a testament to George's standing in our business community. The event was brilliantly run and I came away from it with some new friends and my head buzzing with ideas. I will definitely be returning for the next one!

I attended an Amazon Mastermind hosted by Clear Ads in London at the beginning of September 2022. The entire event was excellent. A small group of highly experienced sellers sharing relevant expertise. I contacted ClearAds re helping with my ad campaign. I wasn't sure if I was too small for them or, given the limited nature of my ads - most are Amazon sponsored ads - whether there was anything they could help me with. I had a 20-minute free consultation with George who was extremely helpful, honest and generous with the information he gave, explaining why I'd be better doing most of it myself, and pointing me in the direction of further help with certain aspects of advertising.

I have been looking for a partner to help me scale my successful Amazon business (about $2,000,000 a year US) to new heights, our aim was to grow by 25-40% the following year . The sales agent here seemed very knowledgeable and sold me on this agency. However, from day one of onboarding, things started poorly and continued to get worse. Their communication was very poor and reporting was on a C student college level. We would discuss strategy on our calls and they always seemed to implement the opposite of what we discussed, which made the calls a waste of both my time and theirs, and sowed great confusion. They missed the goals they set for our ACOS and TACOS by incredibly wide margins. The month before we started my TACOS were 7% they shot to about 15% the month Clear Ads took over my account. This is after put in writing that we would see a maximum TACOS of 10% the first month. This agency is based in the UK and we are based in the US, If I sent detailed questions on a Wednesday, they would routinely delay answering until very late Friday afternoon, so conversations and action items would be delayed to the following week. With all this I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a new relationship, but communication continued to deteriorate from their side. The absolute worst part though is that they did not want to take any accountability for their actions, their constant miscommunication, and their long delays in response.
I have since found another agency to partner with that has done a much better job of helping us to reach our goals with clearer strategy, more precise implementation, and stronger and more beneficial reporting capabilities. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before signing up with this company.

I have been very nervous passing my business advertising onto another person or company but I should have had nothing to worry about. George made me feel like I was his only customer and that I mattered when I was feeling quite down.

The onboarding process was super simple, there is a methodical set of tasks which you follow to get you set up, this can involve in a very complicated process where you have much information or you can trust Clear Ads to do it for you giving the minimum. And that is what I did.

You have a choice of all the reports in the world, in depth or clear and minimal which for me is what I chose. If I am worried or want to ask a question the responses from Helen are so quick and this means you know that even if they do not have the answer - that they are looking after you.

The team is well structured and if you are looking for someone to do your Ad's look no further. You can have a trial period to test it. The predictions are realistic and I am excited to see what the next few months bring as we prepare for Q4.

My sales have increased and I have noticed that I have over 30 products in the top 100 of a category which is remarkable.

If I could, I would give it 10 stars. I had my first meeting with George Roberts during the discovery phase. I immediately knew that Clear Ads is the one we will go with when our company grows when it comes to Amazon PPC.

He went through our account and conducted a detailed audit and created a video and report. Explained everything. Knowledge and passion are what make everything possible. Unfortunately, this is not the time that we can work together but George Roberts still reached out and scheduled another call just to make sure I understood optimization steps that we missed in our account and gave some great tips.

My experience with Clear Ads have been exceptional. I took 4 accounts to Clear Ads. George M and team were transparent during audit. ROAS for couple of accounts was over 10, not sustainable though. But I will take ROAS over 3 any time.
