My husband purchased this monstrosity of an Osaki beige chair. It's horrendous looking.
And no matter what level you have it on, it's like jagged rocks are puncturing your back. Every single level is painful. And to make it even better the heat function stopped working. I received this chair on March 6. I can't return it and just looking at it makes me angry. There is a reason this company has zero online reviews.
