From my perspective as a specialist services provider ClearanceCo were a pleasure to deal with.
They were professional from start to finish and paid me a fair price immediately following completion of my work.
If I was looking for a service provider to carry out a house clearance on my behalf, Shah and his team would be top of my list.
I could see the care and respect with which they were treating everything in the property and the professional manner in which they operated.

Clearance Co were very efficient from start to finish; from the initial contact, providing a quote, attending the property over a number of weeks to clear (the property required full clearance to include carpets and was not in a good state) and provided a very thorough report post-clearance. Shah was my point of contact, he was very personable throughout and maintained contact throughout dealing with any queries. I was also impressed by their charitable connections and environmental outlook with disposal. A very impressive service and will definitely use again in future estate work!

As soon as I spoke to Clearance Co I could tell they are not an "average" clearance company! They were chosen by solicitors to clear my late brother's flat (at short notice) and I was dreading the day to be honest.
