Poor customer service
Two months after selling our property, informing Clear Business of the change in ownership and supplying all the necessary information relating to this, we are still being harassed for payments, now on a daily basis. We do not have any outstanding bills, and Clear Business have confirmed this, and yet we are still being contacted for non payment. Customer service is very poor. Each time we contact them we have to explain the background all over again.

I had a big problem with clear business where I ended up having to pay 1831 pounds for cancellation of a contract thst I didn’t even realise I had entered anyway it all so very very stressful but I had a great guy dealing with me and who actually did listen and was very understanding to my ever need . He actually called me back on every occasion that I had asked him he was so easy to work with did his best to help resolve my issue but alas it want to be I had to pay the ridiculous fee regardless but he made a very bad situation much more bearable .
