Absolutely highly annoying experience with Clear Business. I have never registered with this company or had an account with them, yet they are constantly harassing me for payments. I have told them repeatedly that I am not a customer, but the constant phone calls and demands just won't stop.

Update- Despite my previous review which was prompted by clear business following the call, I have spoken to my account manager Antonio twice. First time was before leaving the review and second was after a number of follow up calls going around the houses and unanswered emails from Antonio. After speaking to another person (the 3rd person I spoke to) end July/early August about a line clear business were trying to cancel they finally put me through to antonio. went through everything on my accounts again as nothing had been done barr one being moved to a new account but still not upgraded from copper to fibre. Called antonio again last week was told would get a call back and I am still waiting to hear anything yet clear business have called me repeatedly in the last month about paying charges for the line they themselves cancelled despite not collecting payments from a DD that was in place. My previous account manager Richard Graham was excellent and communicated everything to me regularly especially on issues such as this long before they became an issue either by phone or email meaning I didn't have to waste hours contacting them to go round the houses and get no resolution. My company has been a customer for years after this level of shocking service service though we will be moving all our accounts to another company. Would not use them ever again.
I have been a customer for years and have recently been assigned a new account manager, Antonio Elnarshy. Antonio was a pleasure to speak with and helped resolve issues across several of our sites in one phone call that I have been attempting to get solved for some time. Antonio patiently explained things and assisted me in getting things back on track efficiently, keep up the great work!
