A seamless process from one provider to Clearfibre. Sometimes it is better to just take the plunge. We have gone from 67mps to just over 500 for half the cost. If you have a bigger place try MESH repe... See more

Engineer carried out a professional installation.
The engineer completed the broadband router installation efficiently and professionally. However, the process got off to a slow start due to a mix-up between departments, which meant the router wasn’t sent out before the first visit and had to be rearranged a week later. Better coordination between departments is needed to prevent similar issues in future. I’m currently waiting for feedback on the escalation raised with the project manager.

You took my money and I still don’t have a service.
I still have to wait over a week to hopefully get connected 😔
Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with ClearFibre.
The service operates behind CGNAT with no IPv6 support, which severely limits flexibility for anyone who needs proper network functionality (remote access, hosting, gaming, etc.). This is a major drawback that is not clearly communicated upfront.
The supplied access point is extremely basic and does not appear capable of delivering the full advertised connection speed.
Latency has also been consistently high — even when connecting to major CDN providers like Cloudflare. On previous copper-based connections I’ve had sub-10ms latency, yet here it’s noticeably worse on a fibre service, which is unacceptable.
From my perspective, ClearFibre seems to rely on the fact that they are the only available provider in many tower blocks. There appears to be little incentive to improve infrastructure, equipment quality, or network performance.
Additionally, the website lacks transparency regarding key technical details of the service (such as CGNAT and IPv6 availability), which customers deserve to know before signing up.
Overall, I would not recommend this provider unless you have absolutely no alternative.
Got a broadband sorted very quickly
Got a broadband sorted very quickly. Had some issues with router and was left with no internet for days at the beginning which caused quite a massive bills for personal data but then engineer attended and all good from there
Overall Process is Good
I am happy with the whole process. Fast response to my application, professional engineers, fair price. Just nitpicking that 'One Touch Switch' doesn't apply to ClearFibre, which means you may need to do the cancellation with previous network provider by yourself.
Support do not answer
Support do not answer, not via WhatsApp, call or email. I just need a new hub its not a complicated ticket.

Great service, but you pay for it!
The team were swift to contact me and arrange the installation date and Jason James who came to install the service was both lovely and competent and installed everything very quickly with minimal disruption to my day. My reason for not giving 5* is that I believe the service itself to be extortionate given that they have a monopoly on the high speed service in our building!
Professional and quick
All good straight forward setting up.
