I am sorry to read that you did not receive the service expected, particularly in relation to the communication. Admittedly there was a small delay in me responding to your quote acceptance, but I explained at the time we were extremely busy over those few days. I feel I responded to all other communication in usual prompt fashion, including to your initial enquiry, and to your request for a survey, in which I attended the following day. The final quotation was sent that same day.
As per our normal process, the invoice was sent on the day of completion of the job, and payment terms are stated as upon completion of the job. An automatic reminder was sent by our invoicing software after 7 days, as is the case when an invoice remains unpaid. We have also been made aware that some of our emails are being sent to junk folders, therefore I sent a separate email explaining this, with a copy of the invoice, just in case this had happened.
We are always looking for ways to improve our service, so thank you for providing feedback. I do hope you’ll consider us again for any future work.

The replacement of our internal front door with a door manufactured by Rock Door came highly recommended. This recommendation was excellent as the door is very impressive and robust. Clearglaze provide a 5 star service and would highly recommend them.
We had our window in the porch replaced and repairs to our porch door and front door. Wes from Clearglaze was polite, friendly, and maintained a clean working environment. His quality of work was excellent, and offered great value for money. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of professional and reliable contracting services.
