I went online at the last minute when i was informed of the problem and clicked on the clearit website. We were already Late submitting the ISF. As first time importers we did not know what was needed and we did not do this on time. I uploaded all the information i had and received very prompt notifications that more information was needed and what i needed to do and so i did it and Clearit submitted the ISF and helped us get our shipment transferred from the ship that came from Morrocco and landed in New Jersey to the ship that is headed here to Long Beach. I am very pleased with Clearit

Regrettably, were it possible to assign a zero rating to this company, I would not hesitate to do so. With my background in the Customer Satisfaction Industry, I have developed a keen appreciation for the significance of prioritizing customer care, expeditious request fulfillment, and the consolidation of all requisite information into a single communication.

Regrettably, this company failed to meet any of these fundamental standards. Their telephone line appears to be disconnected, and their live chat support system exhibits protracted response times. Furthermore, their procedural approach involves a fragmented request for documentation, spanning multiple days—an approach that ranks among the most subpar experiences I have encountered.

Compounding these issues, the final invoice exceeded the originally quoted amount by a factor of three. While I could expound upon my grievances at length, I believe I have succinctly conveyed the principal sources of disappointment and time expenditure engendered by this company's services.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this clearance company, and it was an absolute nightmare. I cannot stress enough how terrible their customer service is.

Firstly, their response time is laughably slow. It felt like I was talking to an abyss, waiting endlessly for their replies. I've had better response times from snail mail!

And don't even get me started on their so-called "live chat." It's more like a "dead chat." Every time I tried to get some assistance, there was no one available on the chat. It's like they built a ghost town instead of a support system.

If you value your time, sanity, and the concept of good customer service, stay far, far away from this company. Their lack of responsiveness and non-existent live chat support make dealing with them a regrettable experience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your clearance needs.

The Clearit Team typically replied within 24 hours or much less asking for additional information if I had forgotten something to ensure my shipment made it to me safely.

Always request an update on one of my forms uploaded! Accept them sometimes but other times need to be changed! Very unhappy! Probably will use others sources
because of this! Before it worked very nicely but the last two containers have been a pain!

I submitted on 9-14 for clearnce and did not get it until 9-22 Too many people involved and had to send same documents 2 and 3 times. Most other sites return clearance in 48 hours max!!

They're reasonably priced fees and very helpful getting all the required paperwork, and very speedy doing their work and responding to questions.

We have a shipment of our own personal items coming from Western Australia to Dallas Texas. The shipping company that has been used in Australia has been useless with information regarding taking care of the necessary paperwork for U.S. Customs required this end. And I have been totally clueless as to the proceedures. Clearit has been my saving grace walking me through it step by step as well being so courteous, understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend Clearit and not hesitate to recommend them to someone else

First time importing equipment from overseas. We had completely overlooked the need to get the item cleared by Customs until it had arrived. Clearit made the process super simple and very fast.

The only thing that would have made this better would have been a 10-minute introductory call with someone who could answer our initial questions and help guide us. I mean, ultimately, we ended up with our clearance in under 3 hours, but it still would have made that initial wait far less stressful to be able to speak with someone.

Clearit is asking for verification and changes since one week and the ship left this morning. Fortunatly I found another customs broker who helped me quickly. I would give 0 stars for this customer service. 3 days before the ship left I wrote them so many urgent emails and still they bother around with none-sense. Sorry guys, you failed so hard!

Absolutely horrible communication!
They had weeks to get me the forms and assistance I needed to clear my import before it arrived at port and they kept telling me the same thing about what forms I had to fill out but with zero help on what information goes where. I had to submit and fill out all the forms for my import myself!!!! Thats why I hired these people!!!! My import ended up having a hold put on it due to these issues! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY if importing anything of more value!!!! I ended calling customs myself and got help from them and hired a legitimate broker

They didn't seem to know how to process my ISF. Kept asking me for more information over 3 days. I finally gave up and used another company and it processed my forms in 10 minutes.

For a first timer to deal with customs, Clearit made the experience pretty easy.

Very easy to work with. I will use clearit for all future business. I would like to learn more about your other services and how to streamline the process of importing items from other country's.
