They say they have a 90 day money back guarantee. I tried to ask for it before the 90 days as it has not worked for my hair removal despite following all of the instructions. I've. No one is replying to my correspondence.

Item faulty, light and sound but doesn't do the job in hand. More of a con its a light !!!

Do not buy company will not refund!!

Company asked for a video and then said there specialists said it worked.
Light which should have been admitted clearly was not lit. While the machine has lights that flash and a fan that works the item is not fit for purpose.
I have had no responce from company fter re explaining item not working from out the box.despite asking for an official refund as I was within the 30 days no issue refund.
Waste of money should have through amazon and a different brand .

I have wanted to return the item for a few weeks now. I have emailed them several times. They wanted photos of the item, which I can understand, although I had not opened the item.

This is a scam this machine does not work and they do not refund your money! Do NOT be sucked in by social media/false "beauty magazine" articles.

Customer service is appalling and they falsely advertise the product. This product will not work on all skin types and hair types. Fair skin and fair hair it will not work. However, on their social media advertisements they say “the first device to work on all skin and hair types”. I purchased the IPL hair removal device, once arrived and read through the instructions, there is a table/graph of multiple hair and skin types it does not work on. Stated quite clearly in the instructions. Complete opposite of their advertisement. I then tried to return the device and get my money back as £176 is a lot of money I can’t afford to just lose for nothing. I tried multiple times to get in touch via their email service for customer support team. I eventually get a response. “Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied, if you could explain to me exactly the problem, I will try and help” so I reply and send another reply and another reply and another reply - no response. Another few emails back to them, I get another response from the team, forcing me to use the product for 90days. (I have kept all email correspondence) I didn’t want to use something they had already proved quite clearly not to work, I just wanted to return the item and get my money back. I have emailed the company countless times and have always been ignored. No further response. Never getting a refund. That is another false advertisement on their part… “if after 90 days you are not satisfied, we will give you your money back” they won’t! They ignore all emails. They have 2 email addresses and do not respond to either. No phone number to call. No live chat system. Awful! There is no other way to get my money back. I’ve been emailing this company since July when I purchased the device for a refund. It’s now November and I’m out of pocket. This company are horrendous, do not buy from them. Also they are not based in the UK as also advertised. The device came from abroad.
I’ve been trying to sell the device on and despite being brand new, never used, no one wants to pay the price I paid for it.
You’ve been warned regarding this company. Be sure IPL works for you before purchasing, as you will never see your money again.

This Clearlift product just does not work. I tried it for 3 months, every week. I have now asked for a refund and have been refused. Refunds are only given within 2 weeks of purchase. The poorly translated instructions advise that results may not be seen in 2 weeks so I persevered.
I strongly advise against paying £179 for this product which had absolutely no results and do not profit a company who will not entertain a refund on faulty goods.

Early days but the device is easy to use and seems to be working . I don’t have lots of dark hair but it still seems to have reduced growth.

The device was delivered damaged. I have repeatedly tried to contact Clearlift with evidence of the damage and as soon as I get a reply they disappear again. I've asked for a replacement and then a refund over the last 4 months and still haven't got anywhere. Do not buy.
Eventually a replacement device arrived several months later. As I had asked for a refund not a replacement in my last correspondence, I contacted Clearlift again but received no response. No details were included on how to return it and I've given up trying to speak to them.

I recommend that if you have been scammed by these fraudsters you should work with your payment provider to get your money back. After returning the product (yes, to Reunion Island!) and patiently providing PayPal with ongoing information, PayPal has refunded me in full. The 'Clearlift' website is still claiming 'stock is running low - only 4 left' since three months ago. It's not a ticker, it's a pasted image.

Worst company. Totally fraudulent and any good review on here is just paid advertising I’m convinced. Crap product which is probably not even safe, would NEVER put it near me.
Can’t get a refund for a never-used product as they are difficult and want me to send it to an island near Madagascar.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Despite a small delay in receiving my initial purchase, the team was responsive and provided excellent customer service. Now, after using the product for several months, I can confidently say it's worth the wait. The results are fantastic, and I'm seeing a noticeable reduction in both thickness and quantity of hair!

Product arrived well packaged, and in perfect condition. I’ve used it twice so far and aside from far more ingrown hairs than I have ever had before, I haven’t really seen any kind of reduction in hair as yet. This is a bit of an annoyance for me as I’ve got thick, dark hair and several hairs per follicle, which had reduced down to barely anything with a previous IPL device.

The good news is that it is pain free. My old one felt like an elastic band snapping on my skin and was too painful to use on sensitive areas.

Things I don’t like:
I can’t find a way to increase the strength, only to slow down the speed of the flashes.
When I have it on automatic mode and move it away from my skin, the light on the top goes red, but when I go to put it back, it flashes a good inch or two from the connection with my skin, which is blinding, even with sunglasses on.
No ability to change the strength, where my old one had 5 strengths and therefore I knew it was doing something when it got to the painful level 5 and reduction of hair was visible!

The company state that 500 flashes should cover the entire process each week, but with the window of light so small, it’s a time consuming process and definitely uses more than 500 flashes for my (31 inch long) legs alone.

I’m persevering with it and hoping that it will begin to show some visible results in the next couple of weeks of doing it. Meanwhile I will struggle on with daily exfoliation/shaving and glycolic acid/BHA’s to try and get on top of the ingrowing hairs!

I can't believe the difference Clearlift has made in just a few weeks! I've been using it consistently, following the instructions, and I'm already seeing a significant reduction in hair growth on my legs. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for effective at-home hair removal!

The product is poorly made and feels very plasticky and cheap. I followed the instructions to the letter and it has had 0 effect - waste of money - this product does not work at all. I have dark hair and pale skin so am the ideal candidate and have seen no difference after 5 sessions. Company offered me 40% refund - still waiting - save your money !

This is a fake company expecting to charge you £100 returns fee when you realise the product is not fit for purpose. Trademark for Clearlift is also owned by a different company (easy to search for on the internet) so total scammers. Avoid and save your money. Trademark theft being reported to actual owner....

Definitely a fake company! ClearLift is a real enough company offering in-salon laser treatments. If you actually look on this website, it is called creallift, it has no registered address and it's 'trust pilot reviews' is a stolen graphic, and not a real lift. The actual product itself is poor quality, clunky and frankly dodgy. While it technically flashes and might work, I would save your money and buy one from a reputable website.

I believe this to be a scam - they want £100 to return after their 90 refund guarantee. They will do anything to avoid a refund and just offer you 40% back. They only charge £5.95 postage to send out so £100 to return . I wish I looked up trustpilot before I brought . True reviews say doesn’t work . Avoid
