No Fees or Charges

Paying off your guarantor loan
We've thought of as many ways as possible for you to repay your guarantor loan. Regular payments are made by Direct Debit, but you can also pay by card over the phone during office hours. Interest is calculated daily so you only pay for the time you have the loan. If you pay the loan off early, you pay less than the agreed amount, even if you pay just $1 off early, you stop paying interest on that money immediately.

Constant phone calls,email, & texts.
I applied for the loan. Yet my guarantor was hounded more than me.
The fact that the money is paid into my guarantor's account & not mine is weird.
Was emailed that the loan was approved and the money would be deposited 24hrs later, its been 4 days and im still waiting for funds.
Guarantor is recieveing email flatout, warning them if i dont pay, they will have to.i havent even recieved the funds yet!!😠

Whenever a customer submits an application to us we do send them personalised messages to keep them in the loop about what the next step is to get their loan paid out. If someone changes their mind then they're always able to let us know to cancel their application and stop receiving this contact.
Before we payout any loan, we speak to every single one of our borrowers and guarantors over the phone. We do this to get to know our customers better, but also to make sure they understand how everything works and confirm they can comfortably afford the repayments. Without a guarantor we wouldn't be able to pay out any loan, so if someone you know kindly agrees to vouch for you and back you up as guarantor, it's important and fair that they are given upfront and clear information about what their role will be.
We always pay the loan funds into the guarantor's bank account, to give to the borrower, as an additional security measure against identity theft. Importantly, we're completely open about this during the application so that there are never any surprises. We also pay out the loan funds as a same-day bank transfer because we know our customers are keen to receive the funds as quickly as possible.
I've sent you an email directly to provide both you and your guarantor with more information. Please read this carefully as we're glad to have been able to lend you the funds you needed, but it's equally important that you're happy with the terms of the loan and how this works before you continue.

Doesn’t accept anyone for a guarantor.
Quiet honestly, ridiculous. I’ve had 5 people try to be my guarantor and every single one declined? From business owners, house owners, perfect credit scores, still declined? Defiantly won’t be back.
& you can not sit there & tell me about assuring my nominated guarantor can make payments, yet how do you know this based off generated computer questions? You don’t even going into depth (bank statements, employment & assets) before giving an answer.

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy as we're passionate about being able to help people who may have simply been told no elsewhere by their bank or other lenders because of a computerised credit score. As we lend based on trust, we ask you to have someone who also knows and trusts you to stand as your guarantor and who agrees to make any missed payments immediately.
As your guarantor is backing you up on the loan, it's important that we can make sure they're suitable for the loan too, which is why we need to complete our responsible lending checks for them. If we ever make a decision to say no to a particular guarantor, we'll only do this after careful consideration if we don't think that they're the right person to support you on the loan.
The good news is that a borrower can always keep their loan application open whilst they find a new guarantor to be considered.
